I have visited this property often. I enjoy the exceptional customer service from "ROXANNE". She's very friendly and works well under pressure. I encountered alot of issues during my last stay. She helped resolve the issues expeditiously. I also spoke with the manager the next morning. He was also very friendly with excellent customer service skills. He definitely understood the situation and also handled everything very well. I've actually had good encounters with most of the staff at this property. I will say it's time for a refresher with interior and exterior. Hopefully, the stink bugs are no longer an issue. These bugs were everywhere I had to change my room. This was the first time I had an issue like this at this property.

They have a laundry room which is very convenient and the machines are only a $1 to wash and dry.... Lovely extended stay hotel that is extremely comfortable! You don't want to leave it's so comfortable!

Very disappointed with the quality of the room cleanliness. It was obvious that quality control was not in place for this room after checkout and before next rental assignment. There was glitter visibly present on the sofa in the room. The room simply didn't feel like it was well attended to regularly. The parking area was CLEARLY insufficient for the number of rooms and it looked like there were some long-term rentals on the property. Scottie was great at the front desk despite everything else that was well below Marriott Standards.

Very please with it. Clean, good breakfast. Nice rooms. Nice staff. I only give them four start because of one lady didn't help me appropriately at the counter when I got lock outside of my bedroom and my baby and toddler stay inside. She was talking at the phone and instead of putting the call on hold. She make me wait. I was very upset and I even interrupt her and explain to her the situation and she didn't care, is like the reservation was more important to her and helping a costumer that isn't I already spying for the service...but everyone else was amazing. :)

There are way better options in the area so if you’re reading this, PASS on this hotel. The room was a complete dump and extremely dirty (there was chunks of body hair all in the shower as an example). I spoke with Nikki a few times before arriving and she was wonderful and had great customer service skills, very cheerful and helpful. When we checked in March 24th at night, Nikki was unfortunately not working and we were “greeted” by a miserable and unfriendly staff who mumbled the whole time, rolled her eyes and looked at us as if she was extremely annoyed. Our room was close to the main road and it was EXTREMELY noisy and on top of that other guests were having domestic situations all hours of the night screaming, yelling and slamming doors. Animals were out of control on the rooms howling at all hours. I’m surprise Marriott would put their name on this place, it was a complete dump and worst experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott and hotel overall. I will return to this city but I will NEVER return to this hotel and make sure I tell everyone and anyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Rooms were clean. The parking lot is way to small. The shower head sat way to low to wash your hair. Glad we only had to stay 1 night.

Staff was friendly. The only issue was the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I asked for a non-smoking roim.

It’s just ok, it sits right beside a busy rd so when a siren goes by it sounds like it’s inside your room, it’s also an old building that needs to be updated, our bed had a serious dip in the middle. Probably won’t stay there again unless I have to.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The room itself was a good size. It's nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, even a little desktop stove and kitchenette. Covid restrictions mean reduced services, however. Cleaning service is limited. Which probably explains the spider webs and amount of dust that has accumulated. The air conditioning seems like it was not working, although, to be fair, I did not give them a chance to fix it. If it had been hotter that night, I would have had a big problem tho. It's nice that they allow dogs, however, I could do without the extra $20 fee just because of that. The limited interaction we had with staff seemed pleasant enough. They seem like they care about their guests. So that's nice. I think I just expected a lot more for $100 bucks ($120 if you count the dog fee).

Close to light rail, but was not that noisy. Customer service was good. Was sorta noisy at night. Burger King next door.

5 star for service and staff 3 star for the hotel facility Probably one of the worst residence inn property I have been to Rooms had too much cooking smell from neighboring rooms and parking lot had lot of unwanted elements from the near by Burger King shop. I clearly didn't feel good and requested for an early checkout and the staff were really courteous and friendly to accommodate my request.

Poorly managed property, staff unable to maintain repo. Too many work trucks on the property, not recommended for families. Property is dated, most rooms lack basics. Too often bathroom shower don't work. Don't be surprised if your dustbin or drawers still have garbage from the previous customer. Pretty much not worth more than $60/night.

Everyone that works here is so pleasant! Keith welcomed us with a first floor suite, exactly what I requested and it was ready early too! Very clean rooms, they were very accommodating of my 3 Golden Retrievers too. We all had a great stay.

The front desk staff were amazing and helpful. The property is an older style residence inn but well kept up. The location is great with easy access to the new lightrail system. The breakfast staff was very happy to help. Room was quiet. Overall great hotel.
