For the price it was good accommodations. The rooms were clean and had a good stock of pillows and towels. Staff was friendly and there was always someone at the desk to assist. They had laundry on-site on the even numbered floors, pool and gym. They did not have a free continental breakfast. They had a smart TV and it allowed you to watch your own shows.

If you enjoy doing business with a hotel that routinely over sells rooms then this is your place! We show up and originally were told "a plumbing issue" and they couldn't honor our reservation but their partner hotel (where they sent us) gave us the real truth. Booked more reservations than space available. I'm sure hotel mgmt will give the standard "call us and we'd like to apologize " spiel to this review but it rings hollow lol.

The hotel was close to everything we needed. Very clean and quiet. I booked online and the room looked exactly like the pictures. Check-in was at 3pm and Check-out at 12pm, which is nice since some hotels have you checking in later and out earlier. I've read the other reviews where people said the rooms where dirty and they've found hairs. This is what I typically notice right away, everything seemed clean the beds and bathroom. We were located on the 2nd floor near the busy road but we didn't hear much of any noise.

I was agitated after losing spacing to another party after booking my daughters baby shower. However, the marketing group took care of me. Hands down, unambiguously. I am a very satisfied with the service recovery. Admittedly, I felt a way, but it worked out. The newer space just to the left from the entrance is great for decor, and nestled off to the side where we could play music without feeling the strain of knowing we were in a hotel facility although the hotel is quaint and quiet, which is interesting considering the hotels overall location. The room fit a party of 75 though we didn’t have as many guest to show up as planned, which sufficed considering the area was smaller than the previous location to begin with. Of the two sides, the previous area which is the dining area, is a gorgeous and picturesque room, with outdoor patio included (and privacy gate). while the space we snagged at the end, compared to blank canvassing where we could go with colors, and themes like Princes and The Frog… The party turned out very nicely. It was a very good win! It is a win. I suggest that you book with Marriott for conference room/dinning area for your book signings and gatherings.

This was our first time staying here for just a quick night on a trip to and from Raleigh, but the hotel is gorgeous. Very clean and bright. I commented how bright the hallways were. The room was very well appointed. Nic at the front desk was extremely engaging and friendly. A great face for your hotel. Kudos to him! Overall a great stay.

The hotel was nice with an amazing lobby. Great for business use. The room was great as well but I had issues with the A/C and had an uncomfortable night sleep due to the heat. It wasn't unbearable but a mild inconvenience.

It’s like walking into the twilight zone here. Some guy with the last name love checked me in and treated me like I was second class citizen I stayed last night across the freeway at the Hilton Garden Inn and they were so much more friendlier that’s when you know you made a mistake and you checked into the wrong hotel! I really regret my decision. I should’ve stayed across the street..

The worst customer service ever. Booked a two night stay over a month ago. Received an alert to check in online, which I did. Ten minutes before leaving for the airport, I get an email saying “We have cancelled your reservation because we overbooked.” No attempt to correct their error, no offer to find an alternative hotel, nothing. This is the SECOND time this year that a Residence Inn has cancelled my reservation (made well in advance) at the last minute. (Other cancellation was a different location). Needless to say I will NEVER stay or recommend Marriott hotels again.

This hotel was terrible. There was bedbugs and blood on the wall from them smashing the bed bugs. They knew about them. They also had hair (don’t know if it was head hair or pubic) on one of their towels underneath the others ones. They were trying to hide it. Do not go here. We were itching all night.

It was decently clean, and Jawid at the front desk was super helpful and nice. You can tell he is a hard worker and I really appreciated him. Overall pleasant stay. If you asked for something like extra towels or sheets they were quick to get them to you.

This hotel is good. The check-in was good. The room was nice. It is attached to a hotel that offers free breakfast and Courtyard's don't, which can be awkward, but book the other hotel and you will be fine. The hotel room was nice. the location was great for what we were doing and allowed us to get out to the north in the AM quickly. I am very happy with this hotel and will stay there again when in Charlotte. If you want breakfast, there is an excellent Dunkin' Donuts and the lobby is usually empty, so just walk across and walk back. Marriott has been having issues with consistency. I am happy to say that this one is exactly what you expect.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Austin, who checked us in, was friendly and professional. The hotel is 10-15 from downtown Charlotte, Charlotte Premium Outlets, and 5 mins. from the Northlake Mall. Minor hskp issues but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Hickory Tavern, about a 2 min. walk from the hotel, is great if you're looking for something to eat close by. The free breakfast is, uh, free. There is a Dunkin Donut across the street though.

Nice experience this weekend. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet yet close to the mall and many restaurant choices. The bed was very comfortable. Only negative was that there was some confusion about payment. My manager had been told her credit card would be charged, but when I checked in and again when I checked out, I was told I needed to pay with my card. It was all figured out eventually. I would definitely stay here again when traveling for work.

Breakfast that was included was very good, but my room had old hangers piled up in the bottom of the closet that were all bunched up so you couldn't use them, it would take too long to separate them, and used hangers were left in the bathroom. My card was charged for the room even though it was a business trip. They did make it right at check out but it was a little concerning until they straightened it out.

Nobody at the desk and nobody to contact for more than 2.5 hours. Had an overnight + all-day flight and wanted to just check in and sleep, and had to wait in line with all the other guests who couldn't check in for more than 2.5 hours. We just sat on the couch in the lobby and waited for almost 3 hours. Couldn't even use mobile check-in because nobody would assign the room and key. After all that, they gave us a water bottle and said we could get breakfast that we couldn't have due to leaving the hotel too early. Room was also dirty, but I figured I would be nice since the front desk person who finally arrived was probably dealing with enough angry customers. But in the end, after touching base later to ask for a consolation, all we got was a water bottle. Just avoid this Courtyard and Residence Inn (same thing happened to them because it's the same desk). Go to the other Northlake hotels.

I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter and son in law who stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend --checking in Thanksgiving evening and checking out today Monday morning. Overall they were pleased with the hotel as far as convenient location, parking availablility, close to shopping and other amenities. The staff was very friendly and kind. Everything was clean and organized. On Sunday evening we ate at the Bistro Bar and The food was EXCELLENT!!! The best fries, the best buffalo wings. Sounds simple but it's the simple things that aren't easy to make correctly. The young lady working there was very kind and courteous. The only complaint was the lack of room service for towel replacement and washcloths.

When traveling and taking one of Marriott hotels to rest comes with certain expectations as they usually provide good quality rooms and prompt service. This location was not at all what would be expected of Marriott. We asked for extra blankets and pillows as the temperature was dropping and expected a cold night. The frontdesk did not deliver them. So I called the frontdesk, and once again asked for them. The frontdesk says the right things but never delivered. We were too tired and fell asleep in cold room. I told a new frontdesk person about the blatant ignorance, but all she says is the management would hear about it. Nothing was done about the mishap. These people at this location want to hide and ignore mistakes and do not want to address them and own up to their problems. I do not recommend this location at all. Stay away from this hotel. Service is terrible.

Very good location and there's a Dunkin' donuts right outside the courtyard. My only complaint is that the hotel is also part of a Residents Inn hotel which is another brand of the Marriott. There is confusion about whether you can get breakfast or not because they have breakfast out but it's only for residents Inn guests, not courtyard guests.

I blocked off 10 rooms and a suite for me and my family to come and celebrate for my 50birthday. Let’s start with Spencer who helped me with the blocks and some of the booking I know I drove him crazy but he was pleasant and kind every single time I spoke with him. Now to the workers at the location I don’t remember all there names but to name a few Charles Constance and Orlando were all amazing the helped when we had issues they fixed them right away and they we very friendly and pleasant I will recommend this hotel the rooms are clean and comfortable and the food and drinks are Good as well. Thanks for making my weekend even better…

I would have walked out and gone somewhere else but I was to tired to keep driving. After moving to a second room because the bed on 1st room had not been changed and room had not been vacuumed the bed in second room had hair in between sheets I was too tired to ask for another room so I just had them change the bed while I watched. Went to take shower before going to bed and discovered hairs in the shower took pictures to share with front desk. Not sure why this hotel gets high marks for cleaness; it is not clean!. If you stay there be sure to check your bed before laying down. Two star given because staff was polite and apologized for issues with the room.

Residence Inn by Marriott combo big but still very nice 7 story hotel here for a week in August. Clean and quiet but very busy post Covid. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and downtown only 15 minutes away. Unfortunately I did witness the after effects of a break-in out in the parking lot. It can happen anywhere do don’t leave any valuables in plain sight.

Really nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had free breakfast and it was a little different the two days I stayed there. They also have a Cafe in the lobby with food and Starbucks coffee. The AC unit in my room was extremely loud and the filters were hanging out and could not be put back into place. The shower cannot be closed off so water sprays all over the bathroom floor. The beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

I like to start by saying, that the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers we're all very friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there the atmosphere is so amazing. The bar cool the pool outstanding. TVs at every location. I would suggest bring the family business or vacation to this location and you will have a good stay. Also the bed sleep so comfortable.

Clean, convenient, and nice breakfast and amenities. Never received maid service over 3 night stay. Incorrectly charged for breakfast and taxes. Watch your checkout charges!

Great place for a stay just don’t expect your Tesla to get charged at night during that sleep lol. Tesla Chargers need some maintenance/ update. Only 2kw speed which is 1.2miles per hour.
