    This hotel is wonderful! After a bad night at a best western, we came here and couldn’t be happier. Rooms are clean and updated, and breakfast was delicious! (Especially the waffles!). The location is also great. Safe area, Close to the interstate, and lots of food places near by. We will definitely stay here again!

    Rooms were very clean. Very quiet. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. But they needed to serve turkey sausage everyday.

    We moved to this hotel after a bad experience at another. I booked it and we were in our room within 20 minutes. It was clean and comfortable and the front desk worker was so nice. Thank you for turning our bad experience down the street into a safe, clean, and relaxing experience.

    Do NOT stay here!!!!!!!!! They will NOT keep their 100% guarantee if you are not satisfied!! This is ridiculous!!! The manager (Jose') is not professional and thinks it's funny to take off a couple dollars and send u on your way with you extremely unhappy.... We paid almost $200 for a room that the air conditioner was not working properly and it was hot as sin on and off all night! Then at 9 am for NO reason we have this housekeeper banging on our door for absolutely NO reason then running off after waking us up yet again........ I repeat DO NOT spend your money with this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!! And now hours later after checking out this man is trying to double & triple charge our debit card. This surely will be handled!

    10/10 Experience! When we first arrived we were greeted by Amie! She was so sweet and welcoming and made checking in a breeze! The rooms were very clean! The hotel staff was amazing and very professional! When we visit again we will definitely stay here from now on! Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

    Quiet and conveniently located south of Downtown Charlotte. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet. They serve a very good breakfast and most importantly, good coffee.

    Hampton isn’t usually my go to Hilton brand, but this place exceeded my expectations. The staff at check in were extraordinarily friendly and welcoming, especially the lady who’s name I cannot remember but started with an A. She was so friendly and welcoming and made sure to give me all the info I needed for my stay. The hotel is newly built which meant everything felt clean and modern, including the lobby, pool area, and my room. My room was large and had high ceilings which made it feel spacious and open. The decor was basic but nice and the bathroom was clean and large as well. My favorite part was the bed which was extremely comfortable and had the softest sheets, I literally slept like a baby. I also enjoyed the convenience of this hotel being located just outside of Ballantyne with easy access to 485. My only complaints are that the faucet in my room was loose and kept turning the wrong direction. Also, the walls are somewhat thin and I could hear my neighbors watching tv. Otherwise, excellent hotel and I will definitely return.

    Amie at the front desk is amazing! She has the most beautiful, hospitable spirit! Made us feel right at home. Both she and Yasmin were so accommodating during our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were nice and I was impressed with the variety of hot options for breakfast. I will definitely be back when visiting Charlotte. Thank you for an amazing stay!

    I requested housekeeping for every other day and they came only once on day 4. I stayed for 5 nights. I brought up issue to Jose on my second night and he appeared to not be concerned with my issue. I brought it to his attention on day 3 still no resolution. Finally by day 4 they came and took out trash and brought clean towels. There was no alarm clock in room he could not produce one for me. Also I pulled a cup of hair out of shower drain. They charged 5 star prices 146.00 a night for 1 star service. Never stay again and probably done with using Hilton.

    I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Checked in and instantly had a horrible reaction to the smell in the room. My throat closed up and I could not breathe. I went outside and then after feeling a bit better went back to the room and instantly could not breathe again. My throat closed up completely and I realized I could not stay at the hotel. I stopped very quickly at the desk to let the person know I was going to the hospital. The front desk person said nothing just sat on a chair looking at me. When I called the manager he said I would need to provide proof of a hospital stay for him to consider any kind of refund. I am not comfortable providing my confidential medical information. And that he would have to discuss it with the owners. I asked for the name of the owners which he refused and I asked for the name of the general manager which he also refused.

    Excellent rooms and location with good breakfast included and great dinning room's service. I give it three stars because the attention at the front desk is terrible, most of the employees have a bad attitud and respond badly, only one employee, Jose, has a pleasant treatment and at least said good morning or good night when I walked by the frontdesk which none of the other employees did. Another thing that annoyed me is that during my three-nights stay, from Thursday to Sunday, they did not clean the room, they did not even went in to throw out the garbage, on Saturday I asked the "nice" receptionist to please send someone to throw out the garbage, change the towels and make the beds, she answered me rudely that she could help me with the towels and the garbage but not with the beds because that requirement had to be done 24 hours in advance, are you serious???? Give 24 hours notice to make a bed????? I don't think I'll go back, there are several similar hotels and in the same area to try, so I'll do it next time

    Location is great. Near stores and restaurants but off of a quiet street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

    The bed was not very comfortable but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was typical hotel food, but again the staff was wonderful! Great location near restaurants, shopping, and freeway.

    The lobby is welcoming!! The decor chosen & modern style was very nice. The location was ideal... The rooms I feel should be a little more updated to match the daily price! Especially the little tiny televisions in the rooms. They weren't even the SMART tvs (See pic) The food service staff should be wearing hair nets & gloves when around and handling food. And have hand sanitizer in the designated area. I feel like people are getting away from JUST SIMPLE being healthy, clean, etc, especially around food!! So, I went to enjoy a nice hot bowl of oatmeal, and I was halted by a piece of hair. Needless to say, I went out to breakfast for the remainder of my stay. Overall the staff was great!

    So, there's nothing particularly special about this hotel. I did have an issue with my TV around 8 pm and had called the front desk to see if I could get it fixed. I was told maintenance had already gone home for the evening and they could move my room. That's nice, but a bit extreme for the circumstances. It seems a hotel in a business park that is usually pretty busy, would have maintenance available later than six or seven in the evening.

    We stayed at this Hampton Inn for 3 nights while down in NC and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything was- so refreshing to stay at a really clean place! The beds are super comfy, the TV has a good choice of channels and on demand for free and there is complimentary wifi which works great. You can upgrade to high speed for 10 bucks if you want to use a roku stick or a game system. Bonus points for mobile check-in and digital room key. SO nice to skip all the front desk stuff after a long drive! There is maid service by request only, which was a little odd, but definitely not a deal breaker. We are going to stay here whenever we're in town.

    Aime at the front desk was great! She was the best host a company could hope for. Always pleasant and asking how my stay was going and if I needed anything. If I could instill this attitude in all my employees I would be extremely happy and grateful.

    Upon arrival I was greeted by Amie. She made checking in fun and easy! Every-time I passed the front desk she greeted me. Nice to have such kindness. Room was super clean and no noise from the outside of your door like most hotels have. I would stay here again and again.

    All the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming during our stay. The hotel is neat and clean. The hotel smells fresh and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Coffee and hot water for tea was always available in the lobby. We would stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Always our favorite place to stay! EVERYTHING was fantastic since check-in, including helping my husband watch a program of preference during breakfast. And, thanks so much for the wonderfully appreciated shuttle! We'll be back!!

    We booked over 10 rooms here for our National Travel Basketball team. This property was not only gorgeous, it is nearby lots of nice healthy food options, the entire property was extremely neat and clean. We had over 12 athletes and were a smidge sad the pool wasn't open but it is just April 2022. We loved that they honor a rest & quiet time after 9pm. We would highly recommend.

    I spoke with a online representative via chat they inform me to book Friday Saturday and Sunday even though I explained to them that I will be coming in late late Friday or super early on Saturday. Long story short when I got to the hotel I had to get new reservations because Friday had already passed. The representative made the simple change and gave me pointers on how to avoid the issue next time. My room was clean and ready for stay, I enjoyed my stay. When I checked out the gentleman was very nice and friendly and pleasant.

    This Hampton does not have the same standards as other Hilton hotels. I called and booked out room for 5 but at check in they messed it up and had to get a different room but the lady checking us in had no clue what she was doing so a manager had to help as she was running around to catch her child she brought to work with her. The hallways are dirty as we had to go to 2 floors when they messed our room up so someone needs to be vacuuming daily. Got to the room and found empty water bottles, AC thermostat was hanging loose on the floor, wasted sauce on the mini fridge, mold in the shower. The remote would not work more than 5 feet from the TV and the room is huge so couldn't sit on couch and change the channel. Went to breakfast at 9 since they have supposedly quite hours but they had no bagles, no muffins, out of waffle mix, the grits station pot was completely removed, only offer 2% milk so no skim was available. No forks were available but the one lady trying to do it all kept blaming it on the truck wasn't there but come on its Saturday morning and you have no supplies. The beds were comfortable and the AC stayed cold but this hotel needs to step back up to Hilton standards!

    Upscale place but breakfast sucks. I don’t eat ham and cheese and their omelette only had that. Limited choice in breakfast. Rooms have only one small window, feels claustrophobic. Much better places available nearby.

    Location is Great.... the place is super clean, very quiet, friendly and nice e staff. I will return to this location it was a Staycation for me and it fit perfectly.

    Breakfast was put away by 9. So we had to go someplace for breakfast. Community bathrooms had zero toilet paper all weekend. Floors were disgusting and sticky. A/C in the room was hit or miss. One second your freezing the next you are sweating. Hair all over the sink. It wasn't ours. I had to ask the lady behind the counter to refill the coffee and she seemed put out that I interrupted her breakfast. This was the second time we started there. There will not be a third.

    I was hesitant when hubby booked a Hampton Inn but was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fine…app check-in, clean room & linens. Staff was not rude but not very welcoming. Woman at entry was fine but breakfast staff and check-out staff did not speak to me (and with today’s world, I try to be extra kind to those in hospitality & customer service). If it is important to you, Omicron but no masks except for breakfast attendant. Traveling with kids, it’s always great to have breakfast included. Decent food. I would stay here again if in the area.

    Wonderful and clean hotel. Quiet and personnel are very friendly and helpful. You cannot go wrong with choosing this hotel! I cannot wait until I can book another night :)
