When we booked the resort in October 2023 it was undergoing new construction. Half of the facilities were out of order and there was noise due to construction. We were not informed beforehand. Their service is not very good. We had to ask time and again for amenities. Food is not that good.

One in a million type location. Has two different flavoured sea beach in two side of that resort. Stayed: 5 days Issue: Vacation Food: Very Good Service: Friendly Room: Very good (was not completely finished. Some fittings in washroom was missing. No emergency issue) Overall, Highly recommended vanue for vacation.

One of the best view resort of Saint Martin Island... Both East and west beach are accessible from the resort...just few seconds needed... they have dedicated restaurant...and food items are fabulous.
