Bhatiary Golf & Country Club was inaugurated in mid 80s with the help of the then GOC Chittagong division and some local golf enthusiasts. Equally beautiful and picturesque - this is perhaps the best golf course of Bangladesh. It is an 18 hole course with hilly terrain and natural beauty. Every weekend golfers from Chittagong as well as other places come for golfing.

It’s a place entangled with my life since 1989. I have seen the progressive development all through out. It breathtaking landscape with wonderful vertical views. The staffs are super cooperative and venue is outstanding.

This is a very nice place just beside BMA up on the hills. One of the largest Golf ground in the country. This ground is having 19 holes also have a small suverior shop a restaurant and a bar. Ppl can night stay with prior permission. Environment is very nice.

This golf course is the best as per my opinion. Sorrunded by lots of green. This golf course has a restaurant and a bar. Dress code is maintained for both restaurant and the bar.

Country Club After the closure of Notunpara Golf Club in 1984, the need for a better Golf Course was felt by the then GOC 24 Infantry Division, Major General Abdul Mannaf, psc, who acted as the protagonist and succeeded in convincing the then President of the country, Lt Gen HM Ershad to develop a Golf Course of international Standard. He took on-board a group of local golf enthusiasts who met several times before formally agreeing, to form the ‘Bhatiary Golf & Country Club’, at a meeting held at Chittagong Club on 15 March 1984. The proposed Club was decided to be built at a scenic area of small hills and valleys at Bhatiary between Chittagong Cantonment and Bangladesh Military Academy.

My favorite golf and country club. To my understanding, this is the best golf course in Bangladesh. It is fully calm, quiet and naturally beautiful place in the hills.

Very very nice place

Went there to attend a marriage invitation not for playing golf. So this review will be based on their restaurant and other amenities. Accessible from two ways. Either from Bhatiary or Baluchara side. Bhatiary side is more scenic. Need to arrange a private transport (car/jeep/microbus) as No public transport is allowed here. As the place is inside Army cordon the area is restricted and u need to prove ur purpose of presence in the entry gate. All the way the place is green and lakes. So naturally it's an eye soothing place along with natural beauty and golf ground. Besides they have a restaurant on 1st floor. Food was delicious. Their service and attitude was top notch! They have moderate parking space as all the guest will have private transport. To me for 300-500 people can gather for a single program. They have a mosque beside the club and a space for drivers where they can sit and rest (a small shop also there including tea & cigarettes). Overall the place is quite private. So choose ur guest accordingly as it not easily accessible and quite far from the main city.
