Service at its best ! Whilst in the USA I mislaid a ring originally purchased in 2008 and even though I was 000s of miles away and provided little or no info, Sarah at McCaul went the extra mile..traced all the details, size, engraving, style etc and within a short time I had a wonderfully packaged exact replacement couriered to me ! Their service and customer care exceeded my expectations. Sarah did a great job and kept me updated by regular emails and I could not be more happy ! I fully recommend McCaul Goldsmiths and I will definitely be back to their showroom in London Exmouth Market for more !

Loved our experience with McCaul and now I love the ring. Probably one of the easiest and most relaxed appointments I’ve had experienced, got lucky and chose already available ring. The ring is interesting and contemporary yet still very classic, truly unique design and color combination. The cognac diamond is beyond words beautiful. After this experience I defined plan on purchasing more jewellery form McCaul in the future.

We purchased our engagement and wedding rings from McCaul & their service throughout has been absolutely amazing. We love their distinctive and alternative designs and are incredibly happy with our purchases. The aftercare is also fantastic. They even offered to clean and restore our engagement ring free of charge before the wedding!
