This experience was a moment for me and my future wife to be. You left a lasting impression on us. Ben & paul adjusted my watch multiple times to fit my wrist perfectly. Paul was extremely knowledgeable with his in depth knowledge when helping us to select our wedding rings. Ben & Paul took every measure to guide us through step by step answering all our questions and clarifying anything we was unsure of. They helped pick us a beautiful ring within our budget . Never pushy while being extremely attentive. Offered us a hot drink while we were trying on the rings. My wife was extremely at ease , you helped her pick a timeless and stunning piece that she will treasure a whole lifetime. Irony is that Eric Ross sell stunning jewellery diamonds that shine bright , but none shine more brighter than the devotion you and your team put in to your level of customer care and service. We visited Eric Ross looking for my wedding jewellery and are so happy that we did. Ben and his team were welcoming and helpful from the very start. I have purchased my platinum wedding band and sapphire earrings (sapphires sourced for me to match my engagement ring perfectly) and had my engagement ring resized and cleaned. We were thrilled to be able to see the workshop and think that having it all made in house is what we found to be one of the shops main attractions as it really stands out from the rest. We bought our wedding rings over 10 years ago now and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend all at Eric Ross for all your jewellery needs. They look after you from when you purchase but also for anything that happens after. They’ve regularly cleaned my rings and even resized them free of charge. Amazing service all round.

I had a great experience, the customer service, quality and price were all exceptional. They delivered the anniversary present I was looking for even with a 2 day deadline! I've shopped in Hatton Garden for many years and have always found it much better than high street jewellers although the choice can be quite overwhelming. Came to Eric Ross after a dreadful customer service experience with an online jeweller and a really uncomfortable appointment elsewhere in Hatton Garden. Eric Ross was recommended to us by a friend in the trade and thank goodness we were. Ben and Paul were excellent, patient and encouraging whilst we worked out exactly what we wanted, encouraging us to take our time and get it exactly right. Ben’s philosophy on customer care left us totally assured in making our purchase. After sales care also excellent. Could not recommend highly enough.

The best diamond jeweller in Hatton Garden. Ben and Simon always treat us with kindness and have always been very fair on price. After two engagement rings, two wedding bands, diamond earrings and a trinity ring this is the only place I will go for quality product and even better service.

OMG, where do we start? From start to finish, we had the best experience with Eric Ross Jewellers. Paul and Ben were so helpful when we first walked in and advised us on every single possibility for our bespoke wedding rings. My partner Joe had some family gold which he wanted to have melted down to create his gold matte hammer finish wedding ring. I have an art deco style engagement ring and wanted to create a bespoke art deco style wedding band to fit around it. They were so patient, friendly and knowledgable. They took my engagement ring and had a 3D CAD image created which they sent to me for approval before going ahead and making the ring. They even shared a video of Joe’s gold being melted down to create his bespoke wedding ring. They resized my engagement ring free of charge and polished up nicely too. The communication the entire time was second to none, and whenever we popped in they were warm and friendly and felt like we were going to see friends. Is it bad if we wear our wedding rings now (before we’re married) cause we love them so much!!! Thank you - We’d give them more than 5 stars if we could 🥰💍

Their craftsmanship, knowledge, care, and attention to detail are world-class, and they are genuinely nice people. I first met Ben 14 years ago when I came in to buy an engagement ring. My wife and I have since returned periodically for cleanings and to buy other pieces, and we last visited shortly before the onset of the pandemic to have some valuations updated. We had our two young children with us, and the team made them feel very special indeed – even presenting them with little ring boxes to play with (which they still have and treasure). Nothing ever felt hurried. We had our wedding bands and other items cleaned at no charge while we waited. Eric Ross Jewellers have become our family jewellers, and we hope they will remain so for many years to come. We continue to recommend them to friends, colleagues, and other family members. I received excellent service from Eric Ross jewellers. I previously bought my fiancées engagement ring from there which was a seamless process. I came back to get the wedding rings resized and cleaned (both passed down from the family). Without any issues, they were taken away and handed back with minor repair work carried out. With a smile, they handed it back and said its free. A small gesture but its one that will keep me recommending and coming back for years to come. My fiance bought my beautiful engagement ring from Eric Ross Jewellers. On return from our holiday I needed my ring made smaller. I was able to go into Eric Ross without an appointment and they were able to adjust the ring size and clean the ring, within 30-45 minutes at no extra cost. I've had great experiences at Eric Ross over the years - got my engagement ring designed and made there about 7 years ago and our wedding bands too. Incredible customer service, speedy service and great jewellery at good prices. I took a ring in recently for a small repair and they did it free of charge - despite the ring being 5 years old. Fully recommend them - best jewellers in Hatton Garden and I think one of the only to have their own workshop!

Eric Ross have been so fantastic over the last few years. We bought our wedding rings from them back in 2020 and their service was great! We didn’t feel pressured at all (unlike some in Hatton Garden) and ultimately decided we loved what they had to offer. They were so patient with my husband who tried on so many rings! They custom made my wedding ring to match my engagement ring perfectly. We were so happy with the end result.
