I first bought jewellery from the fabulous Stephen Einhorn almost twenty years ago and made my latest purchases last week. The quality of their work (and of their materials) has always been exceptional and they have always been one of the most friendly, helpful and generally delightful businesses you could possibly buy from. Their packaging, like their jewellery, is stylish and beautiful, but completely unostentatious. I can't recommend them too highly. The attached photograph shows the yellow gold ring that was my first ever SE buy and the palladium and ruby ones that I bought most recently. (Many apologies for the not very young or beautiful hand they're on, but... who cares?!)

My partner had been looking for a solid silver bracelet for quite a while. I searched on google and came across the jewellers. We called up to enquire about their silver brackets and were given further details which filled us with hope that it was exactly the bracelet he was looking for. We travelled up from Essex on a Saturday. As soon as I walked in the shop, the lady knew exactly who He was and pulled out the bracelets discussed. We recently celebrated 30 years together with a Civil Partnership. I already had a ring but when Alex decided he would like one we looked around for something that would suit the occasion and also be meaningful. The Thameswood ring was perfect-nice history and symbolism and a connection to all the happy times we have spent along the Thames over the years. It wasn't too wedding-y but had a similar weight and quality that felt significant. Having the ceremony in Islington Town Hall, near where we used to live and Stephen Einhorn shop made it feel like it was meant to be. All the staff were friendly and helpful and ensured we had the ring in good time. Having never worn a ring before Alex now wears it nearly all the time! Received my beautiful rose gold skull leather bracelet a few days ago and as always never disappointed. I absolutely love it. I have brought a few things from Stephen Einhorn over the years and I am always so impressed with everything from customer service to the finished product. Everything feels as if it is made with such love and real passion. I will be back again very soon.

We discovered Stephen Einhorn through a YouTube search when we were looking for bespoke jewellery. After browsing their excellent website we subsequently visited the store in Islington to look at some items. We were assisted by Lorenzo and another colleague who were very helpful and knowledgeable. We chose a couple of items which were adapted to our personal preferences and received them within a matter of days. We felt that the experience from start to finish was extremely positive and that our purchases are exactly what we were hoping for. What a great little independent jewelry. They offer a great variety of different jewelry for different occasions. If you're on the lookout for something special and unique which is not "off the shelves" make sure to pay them a visit. The service is also extraordinary and they go up and beyond to make sure you make the right choice and feel comfortable with it. I got an engagement ring here and definitely felt well looked after to soothe the nervousness ☺️

Very high quality handmade jewellery - it's not cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for. The ring I bought is pretty much faultless. The customer service team are friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to make everything just right.

I wanted to buy a ring for my grandson’s 20th birthday. He did not have any ring and had a problem finding one he liked. We went into every jewellery shop in Islington and when we entered Stephen Einhorn shop I was not very optimistic as he had not liked anything in the other shops. Lorenzo who served us was a great help in giving him ideas and managed to find one which my grandson loved. It is somewhat pricey but well worth it as it is very special and of excellent quality. I will definitely go back there when I want to buy any other jewellery.

I've bought or had boought for me a number of pieces from Stephen Einhorn including wedding bands, necklaces and bracelet/ I've always found their items that bit different which makes them special and not something I've seen elsewhere. Whenever I've needed something cleaned or repaired, they have been super helpful and prompt and give great service. Would not hesitate to buy other pieces and cannot recommend highly enough!

I managed to break the chain for my silver cross. I had been wearing this for over 12 years with no problem. I decided to ask Stephen Einhorn to repair this for me. The customer service offered by Lorenzo was exceptional. I'm am so pleased I allowed them to repair this for me and that I wasn't tempted to go down the route of getting a cheaper/inferior chain somewhere else. I real pleasure to deal with!

Over the years we have purchased quite a few pieces from Stephen Einhorn. the staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy- on this occasion Lorenzo assisted me and was absolutely wonderful. Firstly I want to say I hardly ever leave reviews because most experiences are so average there’s nothing to say. However I felt compelled to for the service and quality I received from SE. I went in once, tried stuff, was given time and patience and all the options without ever feeling pressured. I went away and came back and discussed and ordered, all the while feeling my choices were valid. I ordered slightly off menu and that was no problem whatsoever. In fact nothing was. And i was/am delighted with the results.

My husband and I are massive fans of Stephen Einhorn, ever since we purchased our wedding rings from Stephen 7 years ago. We have been customers since, with my most recent purchase for my husbands 50th Birthdays gift "Into the woods" ring. Everything was purchased online and all went very very smoothly. On the level of the likes of Tiffany and Co or David Yurman, Stephen Einhorn brings a refreshing balance of originality and fine craftsmanship. What I love most about this British gem is that they work with all precious metals. If you are someone who enjoys fine silver or if you are more of a Gold person, or if platinum and palladium are of your preference, they cater to all taste. Their designs are awesome and not your usual local jewelry store limited options, their men’s line in particular is very cool. lastly their staff is quite friendly and approachable, Ivette is a total sweetheart. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. I wanted to treat myself to a signet ring for an upcoming birthday, I found SE online and was really impressed by the jewellery and also the personal / company story. I was in London shortly after discovering them online so paid a visit to the store. Lovely experience in store and even happened to meet Stephen himself as he passed through. A thoroughly pleasant chap. I tried on, and then ordered, the mens silver inlaid signet ring with bloodstone. It arrived a few weeks later on the exact day expected and is absolutely perfect. Looks and feels beautiful, and fits like a glove (or ring I suppose). I did wonder if it would need resizing as sometimes it’s hard to get things right but I am thrilled that it fits so perfectly. The quality of the ring and the inlay of the stone is second to none. It’s nice to know SE is designed and made in London, and the piece you receive and wear really is made by craftsmen (craftswomen as well of course) with such skill and care. I had admired Stephen Einhorn’s work from afar for some time before taking the plunge and ordering the medium 9ct gold skull ring with ruby eyes for my pinky finger. I had already emailed a couple of times with questions and they had always replied promptly. I was told my size had to be made in the workshop and usually takes 3 weeks to make and since I made my order on the 4th December I wasn’t expecting it in time for Christmas however I had a despatch email on the 21st December and it was delivered special delivery by Royal Mail on the 22nd. I couldn’t wait to see my new ring. It came nicely packaged wrapped in tissue with a wax seal inside a bag with ribbons and a hand written card. The ring itself is a thing of beauty. The pictures on their site don’t do it justice. It’s obvious they are passionate about what they make and take pride in what they do.

I have nothing but gratitude and praise for Stephen Einhorn. Having tried to source an item for my sons birthday at the last minute and then in my rush made a huge error, their customer service was second to none. They rectified my mistake without any fuss or issue and were responsible for making my sons birthday gift a complete success. I can't begin to thank them enough, they are amazing.

My parents are very happy with the silver cuff bangle purchased recently for their grandson for his 21st birthday. Wonderfully wrapped, heavy and simplistically beautiful. Just what they wanted. Such patient and lovely customer service, allowing me as much time as I needed to go through measurements, something that’s not easy to find nowadays. Arrived the next day. After much searching my wife, Elaine, finally found the exact ring she had been looking for here. She chose the Times Square design and they customised it for her to add a ruby and two sapphires into the white gold band. We are both highly delighted with the finished piece. Fantastic, skilled workmanship has obviously gone into making it. All staff we have come into contact with have been exceedingly helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended.

I saw an ad for the skull rings and absolutely loved the design so I arranged an appointment and got the chance to see the small skull ring on my tiny fingers. LOVED IT and ordered the rose gold with rubies. Everyone in the shop was very polite and friendly. Amazing work, highly recommended! Well done Stephen Einhorn team!
