Disgusting company, absolute lack of communication and consideration for their customers. I spent a lot of money on an order and had been chasing the points to update on my account for a long time, it took them two years to come back to me after me chasing multiple times in between... only for them to come back and say that they couldn't do anything because my account didn't show as live until the next day - I of course set up the account at point of order so that is not my problem that their system was slow for whatever reason. They then started to say about how points go out of date. Again, I had been chasing for two years and been completely ignored. This company has done nothing but embarrass themselves and show they have no clue what they are doing. I'm sure it wouldn't have been rocket science for them to offer me a voucher for the value of the points I would've had, yet their staff cannot put two and two together and instead confidently try to pass of their negligence as normal company practice.

My second post, still no follow and on missing items and they still haven’t refunded my money. This web site is a scam!

I went in mid-week and cannot say enough good things about the beautiful designs and the staff. I spent an hour with my partner trying to pick a necklace for our wedding party. I went back and forth and couldn’t make a decision but the lovely staffer that helped me was patience itself, helpfully suggesting things and scurrying around to find accompanying pieces without ever being pushy. She even repaired a necklace there and then when I noticed that a couple of the stones were missing (even though I didn’t go on to buy it, which I felt very guilty about!). It was amazing to find so many vintage designs in store (I picked a design I haven’t seen for years) and Simon Wilson was also around and chattering with the staff. I will be back soon to pick up a couple of the other things I loved, no doubt!! Thank you SO much to the delightful staff for a wonderful experience.

The wife is never disappointed with their stuff. Everything looks great for the price. You have to get one of the Charity Heart necklaces. And check out the 'Sale' baskets if on a tight budget. Great value.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best shop ever for larger than life costume jewellery. I visited the shop on Tuesday, 20 October for a birthday present for me from my Son. It was just like entering into Aladdin's Cave. I'm a huge fan of Simon Wilson and love to watch him showcasing his jewellery on the QVC chanel. He is so entertaining. The staff went out of their way to help me find a birthday present and I ended up with 3 pieces of jewellery and a pair of black leggings with tiny beads and skulls embellished on them! I've worn their jewellery before and have had so many beautiful comments on them. Will go once a year when I go down to London to visit my Son🙂🙂

Fabulous shop. Great range of jewellery. Was lucky enough to meet Simon Wilson. Was able to buy necklace which was on QVC wait list saving on postage. Well worth a visit. Not for shy and retiring ladies.

Excellent shop to visit in the Fulham Road. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Both went out of their way to show the products. It was lovely to visit the shop again as it was some time s8nce we had last visited London. Will definitely return -hopefully soon .lots of interesting pieces of jewellery. Many thanks to the staff. Really loved this store way back when it was on Sloane St. This location is not as classy but still fabulous selection of unusual costume jewelry pieces. No wonder Princess Diana shopped there!
