I
am
not
normally
one
to
post
and
a
formal
complaint
has
been
made
too,
but
I
am
so
upset
and
so
shocked
at
how
I’ve
just
been
treated.
I
just
want
to
raise
some
awareness
and
remind
everyone
to
just
be
kind
because
you
don’t
know
what
that
other
person
is
going
through.
I
did
an
online
order
to
collect
dinner
at
barberry
fish
and
chips
on
bure
park
tonight.
My
family
have
always
used
them
and
they’ve
always
been
very
good
with
both
service
and
quality.
We
got
home
and
one
part
of
the
order
was
missing,
it
was
my
main
and
I
was
so
looking
forward
to
it,
so
back
we
go.
However,
the
attitude
I
was
greeted
with!
The
member
of
staff
called
Nicky
kept
saying
to
other
staff
“
I
100%
made
the
wrap,
I
100%
put
it
in
the
bag”
and
kept
talking
about
me
infront
of
me
as
if
I
couldn’t
hear.
Now
as
someone
with
autism
and
anxiety
it
took
a
lot
of
guts
to
even
go
back
and
ask.
So
I
turned
around
and
spoke
up
and
said
“you
may
have
100%
made
it
but
mistakes
happen
and
it’s
100%
not
in
our
order.
I
am
not
a
liar”.
Nicky
then
turned
around
and
said
“it’s
rude
to
be
a
liar”.
Well
thank
you
for
ruining
my
evening
Nicky.
Thank
you
for
making
me
now
even
more
anxious,
knocking
my
confidence
and
self
esteem
even
more
and
unlikely
to
be
able
to
do
things
alone
by
myself
like
collect
orders
until
I’ve
built
up
my
trust
and
confidence
again.
Again,
all
I’d
like
to
say
to
Nicky
and
any
shop
staff
is
to
not
talk
about
customers
right
in
front
of
them
and
to
remember
people
have
a
lot
going
on.
You
don’t
know
who
is
autistic,
who
has
severe
mental
health
concerns,
and
other
extra
needs
or
even
who
is
just
having
a
hard
or
bad
day!
So
please
just
remember
to
be
kind
to
everyone
as
you
don’t
know
what
people
are
going
through.
