What an uncomfortable experience. Yes, the hotel is pretty and well appointed but I was treated so... "Other" that I can't recommend the hotel. I was well dressed, polite and didn't ask for anything except directions. It felt very odd and sad. Just find another place to stay. There are other well appointed hotels that will likely treat you, or any of you, with dignity and respect.

The hotel overall is good. Nice place to stay. I really like the style. It's value for money. However, take a very good note that Wi-Fi may not work well in your room, which is the major down side to this place. It's the way the wireless network has been set up and I don't think the owner will fix it very soon.. That's too bad.

This is the worst hotel in my whole trip to Chiang mai. I stayed on the top 6th floor. The room has really bad moldy smell especially the bathroom, water in the shower switch from hot to cold on its own, and the room that I stayed definitely need big renovation. The only star i gave is to the staff. they’re nice, as I complained, they apologised but still did nothing nor changed me the room or anything.

Great stay and super good breakfast. Star deducted because of room 612 which we stayed was really old with moldy smell. (10/12/2021)

Nice and cosy hotel. Clean, and staff is attentive. One Star less because it’s suffering from Covid blues. Kitchen very limited, and cold breakfast. I am sure this will improve once tourism picks up. Recommend none the less…

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious — definitely a highlight at this place. The pool area is very nice and well maintained by staff. The only drawback is that WiFi barely works in rooms; it’s good I in common areas though. I recommend.

It's clean, the room was amazing as well had a beautiful decoration. The staff were so friendly I feel super happy we picked this hotel during our holiday in Chiang Mai, plus the pool area is so cool!

My favourite places to stay in Chang Mai so far The pool decor is amazing the gym doesn’t have much but it’s still a very beautiful hotel

Victorian style hotel in a quite surroundings and garden view from the pool balcony We liked the atmosphere here and the rich breakfast (although it has mainly asian food). The pillows are not so comfortable and the swimming pool is too cold since no sun comes in

Charming hotel in the old town of Chiangmai. Unique rooms with French charm. Nice breakfast buffet with good selection.

There’s a small inconvenience for us but the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Kids are happy with the room and swimming pool. Recommend!

Good room, quite area than the one on Nimman. BF Buffet has lots menus but boiled rice too cold. Then have to order noodles instead which freshly made and serve hot.

Beautiful hotel with Thai specialty, their breakfast is very nice. Worth the money
