Very affordable price, Good location, and nice reception However inside my room is pretty aged. The mattress is way too hard and I do not like the floor which cover with mat. The curtain also thin, the light still come. Facilities are standard.

This is a place for locals. For a Thai hotel it belies the deserved reputation for hospitality. My passport was abused upon arrival,. Fees were charged for early check in with no receipt or use of credit. I was sequestered with others before being allowed to leave subject to room inspection. No milk for coffee or tolerable western breakfast selections. The room staff were lovely as is the custom. There are very many more hospitable places nearby for a tourist....

Such an great hotel! For the price you can’t beat it. Located in quiet and comfortable part of Nimman, the staff here are fantastic and the rooms are excellent. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a fantastic hotel for the price.

This hotel is quite good, especially for the price we paid. The rooms were modern and clean, which is a lot more than we expected for the low price we paid to stay here. The security guard was very friendly and all the rest of the staff were pleasant also. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great staff, perfectly located in Nimman area. I arrived a day early and Pin, staff member, was super helpful in finding me a new room. She knows the area well and can give you suggestions. You can hear the traffic constable’s whistle from some rooms during rush hours and intermittently through the day. But it stops in the evening so it won’t interrupt your sleep. Included breakfast has coffee, eggs, sausage, breads, Thai noodles, rice and other dry cereals and milk options. Great spot ⭐️

While I’m thankful that I could have a bed to stay in after arriving at 5am from Sukhothai, I did not appreciate all of the black mold that was in the shower (pictured here). Mold, especially black mold (ราดำ), is very unhealthy and makes me wonder what other details the hotel does not pay attention to. For 1450 Baht, the outdated room was not worth the price. (The price was higher due to graduation and Lunar New Year.) When I asked the front desk for a refund, it was stated they could not because I booked with a third-party website. However, I paid the hotel in cash and knew they could refund. After speaking with the manager, they only agreed to refund the night I canceled and would not refund the night I stayed. As I was leaving the room, I peeked into another room whose guests had checked out. That shower was as moldy as mine. Black mold is a health hazard and the hotel needs to get their act together or they are endangering their guests.

Booked a different room online but when we got to the hotel, we were given a different one which we had to accept for the time being. Interior decor needs a major upgrade, not just the rooms but the whole hotel! ... Carpets are a big no for me when staying in hotels, old furniture needs a modern replacement and mosquitos & a red spider in the room just took my patience. We moved! Their reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff at breakfast were amazing. Exceptional service. it's a shame that the main aspect of the hotel is the room and comfort you pay for was below average standards. Other than that it's location is probably one of the best things about this hotel.

Other than bathtub abit small, bed abit too hard, the rest was marvelous. Breakfast was great, location was centralise town and easy access by walking.

The hotel has two sections, one of which is hopefully outdated and tatty. Staff were unfriendly during check-in but reasonably nice during check-out. Smoking is encouraged in the hallways as evidenced by the hotel-supplied ashtrays. This smoke penetrated my room in the morning, making for an unpleasant wake up. Received a twin room even though I booked a double. No explanation given or apologies made.

When we arrived on the first day this hotel gave us a good impression but we quickly became disillusioned. First of all, the beds in our room were extremely hard, so much so that I hurt my back when I lay on them. The curtains did not close properly and left a space, so people could see us from the outside. Moreover, these curtains were not opaque enough and let the light through, so we were awake early in the morning. Also, as the walls of this hotel are extremely thin we could hear the frolics of the people staying in the neighbouring rooms. One evening when we had put on some music and we were talking with friends, the reception called us on the phone in the room to tell us that the tenants in the adjoining room had complained about the noise and we immediately cut the evening short, cut the music and went back to our respective rooms. The next day two employees of the hotel reception called us in an aggressive and rude way and asked us how many people were staying in the rooms because for them we had only booked 2 rooms when in fact we had booked 3 rooms, and they repeated again in an arrogant tone that tenants had complained about the noise when we had already apologized the previous day. Then the employee wearing eyeglasses came up to our floor to monitor our rooms in a suspicious way and as if we had committed a crime, while the main problem is the lack of insulation of their walls. It's a shame for the other employees who were helpful and kind.

This rating refers to a room in the old building. We have only stayed there for 1 hr before cancelling the booking and moving to another place. The service was great but 1. The room in the old building was bad- floor-hard bed, no safe, shower is literally on the toilet. 2. The location is so so. Not a convenient walking distance from the center. We could have upgraded to a better superior room in the new building but chose to book last minute in another place at a better rate and location, with breakfast and a gym. Btw, we are mid-range couple travelers with backpacks.

Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms, very reasonable room rates, and one of the most mediocre breakfast buffets immaginable. Breakfast was so bad that we chose to eat elsewhere instead of eating the free food. Our A/C was also noisy and simply not cold. Two maintenance guys came up and found that the filter was so filthy that no air was getting through. Once cleaned, it worked fine. The TV broke one night. The maintenance guys said all of the TVs were out due to weather. I find that hard to believe in Chiang Mai, but whatever. We would gladly stay there again as the positives well out-weighed the negatives.
