When
we
arrived
on
the
first
day
this
hotel
gave
us
a
good
impression
but
we
quickly
became
disillusioned.
First
of
all,
the
beds
in
our
room
were
extremely
hard,
so
much
so
that
I
hurt
my
back
when
I
lay
on
them.
The
curtains
did
not
close
properly
and
left
a
space,
so
people
could
see
us
from
the
outside.
Moreover,
these
curtains
were
not
opaque
enough
and
let
the
light
through,
so
we
were
awake
early
in
the
morning.
Also,
as
the
walls
of
this
hotel
are
extremely
thin
we
could
hear
the
frolics
of
the
people
staying
in
the
neighbouring
rooms.
One
evening
when
we
had
put
on
some
music
and
we
were
talking
with
friends,
the
reception
called
us
on
the
phone
in
the
room
to
tell
us
that
the
tenants
in
the
adjoining
room
had
complained
about
the
noise
and
we
immediately
cut
the
evening
short,
cut
the
music
and
went
back
to
our
respective
rooms.
The
next
day
two
employees
of
the
hotel
reception
called
us
in
an
aggressive
and
rude
way
and
asked
us
how
many
people
were
staying
in
the
rooms
because
for
them
we
had
only
booked
2
rooms
when
in
fact
we
had
booked
3
rooms,
and
they
repeated
again
in
an
arrogant
tone
that
tenants
had
complained
about
the
noise
when
we
had
already
apologized
the
previous
day.
Then
the
employee
wearing
eyeglasses
came
up
to
our
floor
to
monitor
our
rooms
in
a
suspicious
way
and
as
if
we
had
committed
a
crime,
while
the
main
problem
is
the
lack
of
insulation
of
their
walls.
It's
a
shame
for
the
other
employees
who
were
helpful
and
kind.
