Booked for 2 nights, had to leave after a night. So here's my comment, wanna sleep on rocky-bed? Love constant door slams from upstairs and lower floors? This might be for you then. Oh and good luck with communication at reception 😊

Such a bad hotel. The beds are a new level of hard, you might as well be sleeping with a rock under your head as a pillow. You can hear everything in the hallways and above you. We got charged because a towel was dirty.. not close to anything.

Not recommended. Walls are very thin and you can hear other room's slamming doors, walking steps on hallways, people's voices. Booked two nights but decided to check out only for one night as soon as realized these and we couldn't even sleep well due to bed, pillows too hard. We didn't get our one day refund money back. They said they can't give back one day price to us. I regret for choosing this hotel. No hair dryer supported. There are many other good hotels with that price in chiang mai. And one last thing, staff here can't speak English. Bad communication. 👎

Reception area looks o.k. Once you in the room. Totally different. Bloodstain on bed sheet. Hot water works 1/4 of the time.. These are just some of the small list of things...Save your time and look somewhere else.

CONS: noisy, water heater sometimes work. Bed and pillow is not comfortable. One staff has an attitude problem. Had a friend who accidently have heavy mentruation. She force me scrub the blood off the towel by washing it with a brush. Ive been to 100s of hotels and this is the 1st one to force labor on you. Im on vacation and shes forcing labor!! Most hotels would juz dispose dirty towels. Instead she force me to buy 2 dirty towels for 500 baht. Which i did so i can leave. Couldn't stand her behavior any longer. PROS: most staff is nice with lil language barrier, place is clean. A/C works. Elevator present.

Very minimalist, but comfortable and provided all the things, including bottled water even when we chose no maid service.

My room was nice, spacious, good air conditioning, nice bed, I liked the lighting, and there was private parking on the property. Good local food choices across the street.

The only reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to the airport. It’s not really a busy street so if you want a tuk tuk or taxi, you’ll have to wait a little longer. The hotel can call one for you as well. The main problem was that getting hot water was really inconsistent. One positive to staying is that it’s super close to the Saturday night market.

♥️ Love - The hotel is located behind Wualai Street, where the night market takes place every Saturday night - Sunday night - Nice rooms, cute design, compared to hotels in the B2 hotel chain that I have stayed at - Convenient to the airport, cafe shop behind the hotel, car rental a few hundred meters from the hotel, Thai food store of Chinese origin 1 kilometer from the hotel, old chiang mai restaurant and cosmetics supermarket away from the hotel Hotel 700-800 meters - Free mineral water, easy-to-use bathroom hot water. ♥️ But: - The receptionist's English communication is poor, it is very difficult to exchange information with the receptionist. - The female receptionist rarely smiles, is less friendly, and when I communicate with the female receptionist, I have to always keep my smile to myself ( we love Thailand because it is considered the "country of smiles".) - There was no hair dryer in the room, so during my 5-day stay, I couldn't wash my hair - the water in the toilet was constantly leaking - The air conditioner is designed to cool directly at the head of the bed, which is extremely uncomfortable and my husband and I have to turn our heads to the foot of the bed to avoid the air conditioner blowing directly on our heads and faces. - The pillow was very hard, my husband and I had to use a towel to wrap it up instead of a pillow! ♥ Still love the B2 hotel chain, and will come back, but hope that some things will be improved, so I can confidently recommend my friends to stay at B2 more
