I havent been able to breath well since 2020 since i went to West Suburban. Ive seen this Doctors and they arent proffesional at all. I told my Dr. All the symptoms . He sent me for a PFT ,since they couldnt find nothing he stopped sending me for more tests,meanwhile im here with pain and shortness of breathing. He even mentioned the insuranze which meana that if your insuranze isnt good you can die and this Doctors wouldnt care. If i have pain is vecause i am in pain if i wake up with palpitations without being able to breath is because it is like this.

Worst clinic ever. My appointment was at 5:30 it is now 7pm and I still haven’t gotten seen by this doctor. What is the point in making you appointment and you don’t even get updated on anything. This needs to get taken down. Just look at these reviews. And they’re lucky to even receive a one star review

I have been going here for a while but I will be changing because this ridiculous. I had to wait 6 months to get a referral for my daughter. Then, they keep billing my insurance wrong and every time i tell them they don't do it or follow up. You can never speak to anyone you have to call before they are closing to speak with someone. Then the front desk people want to have a attitude its crazy that you have to call them 100 times for a appointment they need to do better!!

This and all pcc Clinics are rude and never answer their phones. When they actually do answer the front desk people are so unhelpful and never try to assist! I have been literally trying to get my grand daughter to see a doctor to return to school and they stated clinic has no appointments available. Worst clinic yet please don’t take your lives one there . The also misdiagnosed my baby twice ! BEWARE !!!!

We were told if we werent happy at pcc we could leave. They dont care if youve been a patient. We're still waiting to talk to someone whos in charge or actually cares. My review wont change unless something gets done.

Had my daughters appointment at 10 am. I got here at 9:15 Am. It’s 10:56 and no one has even bothered to let me know the MD is running behind. Which I understand but at least let the patients know.

I have no words that I can use right now!!! I am ferious about how I'm being treated. I could barely walk into this office for help on March 21st and I'm still waiting on my doctor to call or email me with my results from a MRI of my hip because I can't walk. I'm still waiting on the doctor for a test I took on April 13th. Results been back. First of all it took almost 3 weeks to get the referral from my doctor I've never in my life seen doctors treat patients like this place. Unbelievable. Terrible experience. Terrible service. I still need help. The worst place. It needs to be shut down!!!

Very rude unprofessional doctors. They don't know how to communicate they gossip instead of learning how to pick up a phone and CALL for help when someone is screaming holding their head. They know how to communicate to other neurologists and to the speech therapist right? maybe that same effort should be made in learning how to pick up a PHONE.

Worst place ever very rude Unsympathetic and compassionate an empathy place I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life or they care about is the money and not the patients and people they could care less don’t waste your time and money going to this place

I called 2 days ago requesting my medical records no one returned my call back. So I had to go in and ask they charge $20 for them and take a week so you can pick them up. So at that point I’m going to just have my new medical provider request them. Call backs don’t typically take that long within a day (call early morning leave a message my suggestion).

Rashond Harris here! I haven’t seen my doctor in almost 2 years and when I finally scheduled an appointment and got it approved by my doctor! I randomly just received a text this morning saying that it was canceled for no reason! No one contacted me, I’m almost 100% certain my appointment was canceled in place of giving my spot to someone else. I’m done with you guys. I’ve been coming here my whole life literally since birth and before it was even called PCC. You guys have betrayed me.

Thank you for the girls that helped in the front desk they are kind. Pcc melrose doctors should learn something from them.

This place has horrible service with people that have no idea what they are doing. I could get better SERVICE and CORRECT INFORMATION FROM A A SAC OF POTATOES RATHER THAN THESE SECRETARIES! PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T KEEP COMING TO THIS PLACE.GET BETTER HEALTH CARE PEOVIDERS. THEY SHOULD FIRE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AND HIRE SOMEONE WITH DECENT INTELIGENCE.

I came in for a routine procedure and the staff was very friendly and helpful and I was seen shortly after arriving. Look forward to coming to this clinic in the future!

This clinic is joke. Why, do they scheduled an appointment if they are going to put 4 patients ahead of you.

I've been very lucky to never have a bad experience with this clinic. Everyone from Dr. Runkle to the staff at front desk to the medical assistant were all professional and very helpful. I always have to make appointments later in the day because of work and the wait time is consistant to other clinics I've been to.

Hate it they open at 8am and I call at 8:30 they machine says they aren’t open yet so they had 30 min and still haven’t open the drs suck to get appointments with them waste of time planing of changing e to another clinic horrible worst place to go they send you home with no medicine and just to get the medicine you have to be begging them smh worst hospital ever

I have been coming to this clinic since I was born and now I bring my kids. Yeah there is a wait time but the doctors and the staff are always courteous and helpful. You just need to be patient and grateful for the service they give us.

Absolutely greatful for Dr. Tatus and the online portal. Thank you quickly assisting in my asthma medication and all refill medication.
