    I went there for my yearly physical test which is covered by my insurance. After I left from there checked my portal to find a $40 fee need to be paid. Not sure why. Called them and they kept giving me weird excuses. Then said their an issue from the coding. Requested to talk to anyone from the coding and they refused. I met a doctor named Crystal Rayon. The bill came with another doctor name called Zachary P Lamaster, DO. Not sure what type of scam they are running here!!

    The best time to come to this awesome doctor's office is towards the end of the work day when the rush has gone. I've always received top-quality service and care here. It's not the kind of place you go to have one steady doctor for years at a time, but they keep such good records that I feel like my care is mainly consistent and helpful. Most of all, they truly do not rush you in and out like a drive-thru doc's office. You receive personal and respectful attention and lack of judgmental attitudes. GREAT staff here.

    Terrible Primary Care experience. Don’t use them if you value your health and well-being. My story, with disclaimer that the original doctor I had there for many years retired about 18 months prior to this experience. Had slight palpitations and called on a Tuesday asking about concerns and if I could get an appointment. No response by Thursday, called the advocate main line and they sent a message to the last doctor I saw there. Had to go to immediate care and was sent to ER shortly after... Tried to make an appointment to get a referral to a cardiologist and was able to get an earlier date with a cardiologist than my own primary care doctor.... My recommendation, stick with a family practice and away from these people mills with overworked doctors.

    My wife and I both have been forced to use Advocate for our doctors due to his companies insurance. Both primary care doctors have taken weeks to fill prescriptions. In my wife's case her prescriptions were not even filled and/or not filled correctly after 6 phone in 4 weeks. This is by far the worst Medical Group either of us have ever been to in our 50 plus years on this planet. If you want to see an actual internist not a medical student nor a resident you have to wait a month or more to get an appointment. You usually end up with a resonant who doesn't understand medical conditions as much as the patient does. It is truly a sad Medical Practice

    I used to love coming here for my regular doctor visits. Now, I absolutely dread it. My appointment was at 4:50pm. I arrived at 4:35pm to allow time for check in. It is now 5:41pm and I am still sitting in the waiting room. Absolutely unacceptable.

    I'm not really sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have had 3 different doctors at this facility. 2 were very good and one was amazing.

    They need to work on there phone service and staff in addition, I called yesterda yet the lady hung on me. I have being pleased with the new doctor over there. I am under a new healthcare plant and not pleased

    Decades of excellent care here. Small facility, friendly, professional. I get quick useful responses through the Livewell app. Don't try to call in though. It may well ring for a half hour as you wait for " next available." Then dial tone.

    I've been a patient of Dr Martin for 4 years. AMG has been good to me so far. Yes there were problems with scheduling and getting appointments during Covid. However, it all has worked out. The lab has a decent staff and can draw blood effortlessly. The walk up care has been hit or miss. We've been sent to 4025 N. Western and Illinois Masonic when they couldn't help. My experiences at both these locations were not the best. Long waits and billing issues needed to be dealt with. The transition to EPIC software has been less than smooth. Just had to install their "Livewell" interface. Billing issues cannot seem to be corrected... Let's call this a lukewarm recommendation...Bathrooms at all locations were ADA compliant and clean...Covid protocols followed.

    Pick up the phone. It's been 5 min and no answer. I can't use the portal at all. Plz assist? I am on government telex as counter measure to the DT-CHANNEL. I needed normal. I am never able to channel is important. The channel is so bad I am in real just keeping my business in real. I am ignoring it as sleep and the staff at the desk is paying attention to it. You will be 🔥'd for not answering the phone. I was looking for Dr. Ke, that's it. It only 🛑 when you don't join in, that meant work. Bye.

    After waiting months for my appointment, they told me the day before that they will not accept my workers compensation insurance as payment and wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

    I've been going here for more than a decade and have always had positive experiences with my doctor, the nursing and lab staffs, and other providers I'm referred to for my health. Convenient hours, responsive to questions and requests I make via phone or health portal. I usually book my appointments well in advance so I don't have problems getting in for regular check-ups and they've always accommodated me when I've needed immediate care. Given some of my friends' experiences at other non-Advocate healthcare providers, I feel like I've been very fortunate to have such a responsive team that works with me to manage my healthcare.

    Receptionists are horrible! Front desk staff are unprofessional and rude! They Think they are doctors ! I’ve never experienced something so unacceptable. Horrible experience! You can hear them talk about patient’s symptoms, laugh and joke. Unbelievable! Not to mention my appointment was at 4pm and it’s been 45min nothing yet!

    My partner went to this facility for a general exam/new patient exam and was literally untouched by the doctor. The doctor did not even listen to his heartbeat or lungs which in my opinion is the most basic standard appointment procedures. I’d advise going elsewhere if you can
