Bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty, could hardly connect. Biggest let down for me was the fact that all the staff on site were students, understood its a learning environment; however, they need to have proper guidance, they seemed not to know how to deal with guests and were clueless half the time when asked questions.

I had a great time, used the facilities for a 2 day workshop. Gardens are well taken care.

The reception guy left us standing to attend to another customer, very unprofessional, Our Executive suite bathroom the furniture is falling apart, no attempt of repairs, then we went for our evening meal, it was just terrible, I ordered Sadza, pork chops and greens, everything was Luke warm, putting me at risk of getting food poisoning, however when I complained they took it back and warmed it up properly. However I will not be staying with them again anytime soon. Really sad as the hotel site is great

Reservations does not respond to emails. The breakfast menu was innovative and tasted good. The management is on top of the situation but the restaurant staff either have poor handover-takeover or are simply ignorant. They don't know if they have coffee or not, it needs a manager to order. The yard housekeeping is beautiful with well manicured gardens.

Overal good experience especially with the front office and house keeping staff. Please increase the pace you're removing your carpet. However the restaurant should improve service and stock up basic commodities like butter for morning breakfast bread.

Was disappointed at how the standard has dropped. This was run down, shoddy paint job in room, no cold water as tap was broken, had to have bucket brought in to cool bathwater. Wifi wasnt great- very up & down Security asleep on bench in toilet near reception when i walked in. How unprofessional. Reception guy told us wrong closing time for breakfast. Thankfully someone rung 15minutes before closing to let us know breakfast was nearly over otherwise we would have gone an hr late Breakfast was really good though. That was the highlight for us.

Do not book this place online. They appear on different booking sites but then refuse to accept your booking meaning that you’re stuck with them but have to go through the process of cancelling your online reservation leading to extra costs. They even claimed that I mehr have fallen victim of a fraud when they themselves have out it up there and then claim they’re not using it even though they never took it down! It took me three hours to finally get a room! And honestly it’s a run down very basic place, far from being worth the price! Also they advertise that they’re using card but then they only accept cash, which is the reason why they advertise the room online but then refuse to accept the the booking! This is borderline fraudulent! Avoid both cut hotels!

Don't do it! No hot water, power cuts (no back up plan) roaches in the rooms. They totally ran down the place- what a pity!

It's a two star hotel so I merely rated it based on its actual ratings. Lovely food and the rooms are not too bad for a two star hotel. Clean linen but a lot more needs to be done about the bathrooms

Its good and nice. May you please put rags or mops in bathrooms so that we wont be having pools of water staying with us all night.

Need to improve greatly on their water supply to rooms. I only had tap water (both hot and cold were not available) the first few minutes I was there. It was unavailable the rest on my stay.

We didn't end up staying here. The service from the front desk administrator was not great to be honest. Hotel rooms are possibly better here, but you'd be better off going to the treehouse or even chinhoyi caves motel.

They have power issues. When there is no electricity the dont substitute with solar or diesel generator.

There is need for timeous response on Internet connectivity and general queries.
