Good service ,small space. Finding a place to sit down and eat might be hard sometimes

For a take away space, it is fast and reliable. Food was hot and staff was friendly.

I drove past today. Served at Pizza Hut by a lovely polite and kind young lady whose name i forgot to check - i wasnt feeling too well. She instantly picked that out asked me to sit and brought my order to me. The 5stars above are hers. Hope she does that with everyone

Located at the centre of the CBD. Major challenge is that it's too small considering how busy it can get really busy during mid semesters when the local university would be open, when travellers travelling travelling along the highway stop by and during school trip season when students visit Chinhoyi Caves.

They always do not have change. You're told to either wait, or deposit into Innbucks

The place is just too small, over crowded dis orderly. Had to wait for over an hour to get my order and their POS machines were not working. Why do you have an Innbucks Kiosk inside that tiny space? Place is always under staffed. Why do you have the person taking payments, cutting and handing over our pizzas without washing hands in this day and age??? I was disappointed.... Perhaps it's a new trend in all Innscor outlets?? Lovely town but the outlet needs serious attention to improve our experience.

Too crowded. Shoddy service and they will not give you exactly what you ordered. No change at all times. The Pizza Inn side is better.

Need for more branches it's overcrowded and parking is a challenge. The pizza was great though

Watch out for the council, they wait till you get inside chicken inn and clamp your car, always hiding close by

No social distancing of whatsover kind, the management is very lux in implementing COVID-19 preventive measures

Social distance was not being observed as people were crowded inside. I recommend that you have someone helping people maintain social distancing

The place is not clean at all, the food leaves a lot to be desired, i couldn't eat the 2 piecer i bought, machips mambishi stale chicken

Terrible service, they were taking their sweet time and the heat was unbearable. Will think twice before going back there.

Five star

This place is a buzz of activity, always busy, overwhelmed staff and loud music. Never sit in because in it dirt is perennial. The only plus is it is open 24/7.
