I have never bought a decent watch before but decided I really wanted to make the investment for myself so came in to look around. Clive was incredibly helpful and patient while I tried different styles to see what I liked while he explained the difference between each watch and what made it so unique. Took my rare Omega Speedmaster Professional Mark II that I bought from Bensons of Bond St in London in 1969. For a service and a black divers strap. The very helpful assistant told me to go to a shop repair/service in the Bromley Glades shopping centre where I would save nearly £750 that it would cost me for an Omega Service and black divers strap. A full service and black divers strap only cost me £75 and only took an hour to complete.

I left the store today after being seen by Brian, who was very helpful. Myself and Fiancée had visit a couple of times and was served by a lovely young girl and yesterday after visiting again we decided on a ring, ordered it online click and collect at the store. My Fiancé ordered the wrong size but the one they had in the window was perfect and Brian kindly sorted out the paperwork to get it switched over and We could take it home. He explained everything and even polished the ring before we left. A happy, professional and helpful service was provide We're so happy. Thankyou

I Ordered a watch online and needed to go in store for link adjustment and some other bits. I was greeted by Amber who was so professional and welcoming. The whole experience was great! In the end I was talking to more of the team who were also really warm. Great place, team and experience overall.

Big shout out to Nas and Rachel who made the our purchase so much easier.... we didn't make it easy for them, the ring wasn't in stock, and we had to travel back to Ireland, but thankfully through all their efforts in not only the non-pressured purchase but also in their aftercare all went according to plan... Great choice of stock as well, busy shop, spacious, plenty of well informed knowledgeable staff on hand.
