Very poor management and hospitality. They break their commitment even after confirm my booking with advance payment. They cancel it just few days before of my trip. We already confirm our flight tickets as per scheduled date now its really a big trouble for me. So its better to stay away from such poor resorts.

A beautiful place. You can enjoy the sunset view from the lobby of this resort. The beach view rooms are awesome to enjoy the sea view. The beach is also very close to the resort. This place is very calm & quiet. So I recommend this resort for all travel lovers.

The hotel is one of the best hotel in Cox's Bazar. room quality, decorations is good. view of the hotel is good. it’s a sea view hotel. they have a nice pool. the only thing i got very dissatisfactory is their restaurant service. the waiter who serves food are not professional, are not good. except the waiters all the staff are very good, polite.

Overall good. But not very good. Buffet breakfast is too poor. Room view is great but room size is not adequate. No private beach. It's a big issue. No scope of activities after dusk. Close to patuartek beach...It's good. Must say one thing.... Pool is awesome!!

Clean, well decorated with excellent view of villa. Having Spa, gym, games room along with field for outdoor games facilities and also auditorium which is very much helpful for any corporate and large group tour. Sound system of the auditorium can be improved. Food is a bit expensive. Staffs are helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at DERA Resort & Spa in Cox's Bazar, and it was an absolutely enchanting experience. From the moment I stepped into the resort, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, ensuring that every detail of my stay was attended to. The resort's grounds are a lush paradise, beautifully landscaped and offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a luxurious stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the spa, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling utterly relaxed and pampered. The attention to detail in every aspect of the spa experience was truly exceptional. The dining options at DERA Resort & Spa are a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, showcasing the best of local and international cuisine. Each meal was a gastronomic journey, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. What sets DERA Resort & Spa apart is not just its physical beauty but its commitment to providing a holistic and memorable experience for guests. Whether it was lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset stroll on the private beach, or participating in the resort's organized activities, every moment was crafted for maximum enjoyment. I highly recommend DERA Resort & Spa to anyone seeking a luxurious and tranquil retreat. It's a hidden gem in Cox's Bazar, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

It's a good resort but not extraordinary in any way. No sea view from the private villa. The swimming pool is okay and the view from the rooftop is excellent. Breakfast is very ordinary compared to the amount being paid per night for rent.

The amenities were not free. There was no BBQ. You had to pay 1000tk per hour to play billiards. Very small gym. Only like 2-3 equipments. The rooms were very nice. But I would book sea pearl for better amenities.

Overall experience is not good. Location: bad, even for sea view room you can’t see sea in a good way, because of ongoing construction from Army hotel. Many time you can also heard construction noise. Also sea is closed by army in front of the hotel. Systems: shouldn’t the pool is complimentary with room? There will be coupon system for pool. For your child you need to give additional payment for pool 5-9 500 taka, 10 to 1000 taka. Also with coupon you can go one time in a day. Front desk colleagues are very lazy, they will work like it is a govt office. Food: so so. You can get better food with this price. Room: at tower building, room is very small compare to other hotels. There is also bad smell at bathroom. I think I also need to add good things at the same time: Pool side view to the beach is really great. There are good places for play like badminton (with cost), big play grounds, place for kayaking,, snooker is feee to play, other than front desk most of the staffs are friendly and also there are lots of original paintings on the wall.

Definitely recommend. Location is great, away from the crowds in the city centre. The beach is right in front of the resort as well. Their rooms are nice and clean and service was also good but their food needs some improvement.

Recently I have visited this resort & really this resort was very good , specially their staff behaviour which was very nice. Also the location is perfect for enjoying the sea . But their check in time was 2pm, which should be 11 or 12 pm. This will help tourists. Hope their authority will look after this. Overall this resort is very good in Inani, I really enjoyed staying at this resort.

It was really great. The view from the tower building was absolutely soothing and refreshing. The resort's staff have been also nice. Although some tourists seemed not satisfied during my stay, I would say to them- this is not a 'five star' resort. I personally did not have that expectation and enjoyed my stay. And, the view of the sea from the pool side terrace is just lovely!

Great view, exotic location, friendly staff. Option for kayaking, play ground for group activities. Nice restaurant with good food. The cleanliness needs improvement as I found some spider webs. The bed sheet was with a hole. The toilet ceiling dripped water throughout the night.

My recent stay at DERA Resort & Spa in Cox's Bazar was a delightful experience in every sense. Despite the room being smaller in size, the cozy ambiance and thoughtful amenities made it a perfect retreat. The room, though compact, was intelligently designed with a comfortable king-sized bed that promised a good night's sleep. The minimalist décor added to the sense of space, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The small sitting area by the window was a lovely touch, providing a spot to enjoy the view and relax. Despite the smaller space, the room didn't compromise on essential amenities. The bathroom was clean and functional, and the mini-fridge stocked with refreshments was a thoughtful addition. The attention to detail, even in a smaller room, demonstrated the resort's commitment to guest comfort. The overall ambiance of the room was inviting and soothing. Soft lighting and neutral tones created a calm atmosphere, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring Cox's Bazar. The simplicity of the design, coupled with the local influences, added a touch of charm to the room. The staff at DERA Resort & Spa were friendly and attentive, ensuring that even in a smaller room, the guest experience was top-notch. Requests were promptly addressed, and their hospitality added a personal touch to the stay. DERA Resort & Spa may have a smaller room option, but it doesn't compromise on quality. The cozy atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service made for a wonderful stay. If you're looking for a comfortable and intimate getaway in Cox's Bazar, DERA Resort & Spa is an excellent choice. Note: Ratings and experiences may vary, and this review is based on a personal experience.

Great Location & loved most of the experience. We stayed in their superior suite villa and it was very pleasant. The view from the swimming pool area is amazing. The food was on the pricier end. And was disappointed that their spa was not operating at full capacity, even manicure & pedicure was unavailable. But overall a very good resort to stay while at Inani.

Had a great experience in this resort. If you want a isolated place from crowd this is perfect. Beach is in walking distance. Clear sea view from balcony. Staffs were so amazing. I have only good words. Only negative is that there is a new resort construction happening beside dera which has noise day and night.

Everything is good except food quality. The worst breakfast in Cox's Bazar. Rooms are good. Superior suites are very good especially the interior design and lighting are awesome.

Still so much development needed regarding management of this property. The owners have invested quite lot but they require to employ truely reliable and responsible staffs. Only good and nice behavior of staffs may not be 100% satisfactory process for operating a fine hotel.

I stayed for three nights. Very nice behaviour of the staffs. Specially Mr.Didar and Mr.Faruk. Good service. But booking procedures are not up to the mark. Nobody responds to phone calls. At afternoon I informed at the reception to make up my room but I returned at 9:00 pm the room was not cleaned. But when I informed them they cleaned it. The staffs need to be more responsible. Overall very good experience.we really enjoyed the fire show. The rooms are very comfortable.I think the best rooms in cox’s bazaar.

Even the sea view rooms are small, its very cosy and comfortable. They have very good amenities and the environment is calm and soothing. I loved their food and the staffs were cordial too. A very good value for money! Only suggestion is, they should add beach chairs in the beach area and make it more accessible for the people.
