Food quality is fairly good. The price is relatively quite high. The lighting system was quite nice. But the outdoor dining area needed to be tidied up a bit. The floor was very dirty and old levelled floor. Moreover, the food service was very good. The behaviour of the staff was also sincere. We had some leftover food, and we parcelled it up, I liked their parcel system a lot. Food was provided in a good quality bowl. All in all, I like the experience here.

Nice nostalgic ambiance specially gives a feel of very cosy environment. We have tried Bangla items & it is quite okay. We had very bad food experience in our last 4 visits at CTG & comparing those experiences, this place is far far better interms of fopd quality & ambiance. Nice experience and themed decor. We tried their Bangla items - rice, rupchada, duck bhuna, brinjal fry, bhorta and daal. The theme, background music and the menu - do go with biyebari. The only reason I gave it a 4 was - most of the biye Bari menu was finished and we couldn't order. The waiter said we need to come before 10pm to order those.

Went to this place to have some fuchka in a holiday evening. Since it was a holiday so the place was crowded as usual. Their decoration represents a classic vintage vibe. We tried their 'Fuchka platter' and 'Chicken masala dosa'. Ingredients of both items were fresh and tasty. In terms of fuchka platter they refill the fillings if you want. They also have a courtyard to sit in where it is decororated with a local vibe. We liked both of their interior and outerior decorations.

Today I went to Bir Chattala for lunch, the very hyped place in Chittagong. I absolutely loved their interior as it is very colourful and aesthetically pleasing. A picture perfect place I would say. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining. But what really disappointed me was their service and food. They are too slow and careless. I asked for coral fish platter they gave me chicken platter instead. I didn't make an issue because we were very hungry since we were traveling the whole day. The food taste was below average. Also I had to ask for water 5 times! The staffs really pissed me off! However, their chaa and bela biscuit is a must try. I might go again just to have the tea!

A very unique visual experience with vintage products as showpiece. The menu is quite simple, on one end you get bhaat (white rice), bhorta (smashed vegetable/fish), daal (lentil); on the other end you get kacchi, pulao etc. The food is decent, nothing extraordinary; it's not bad as well. Not worth visiting twice.

Best kacchi I've ever had. The place has a cozy, comfortable air, like an old railway station; but in a really elegant way. And the severs are outstanding. They even noticed when we had trouble opening our water bottle, and asked when we want our beverages and delivered it exactly on time. And they did all that without hovering around and looking over our shoulders. Most places could learn from them.

Actually I took my friends there to have some light snacks actually...then saw that they added the big kabab platter to the menu after it's success run on iftar Bazar.. I'd say this is perfect for 5 persons easily... Now the cons. * All the nuns were dry af .. doesn't matter whether its garlic or sesame nun...every single one of them were dry and hard *Mashroom wasn't good. * The kebabs were average apart from a single one which I forgot the name off. Pros *If friends are hanging out and want to eat kababs...you should get this but bare in mind that you'll really enjoy the experience of sharing kababs with friends and the platter is beautifully decorated,so the experience is great. Don't come if you're gourmet and only coming for the taste,in that case the experience won't be good I'm afraid. Oh and the faluda was average, though all of my friends liked it a lot.

The menu is decent, covers most items that you'd want. However, on busy days or if you go in too late, some items may already finish. The service was quick. The food was delicious. The bhortas are a must try, as well as the loitta fry (but this usually finishes fast, so gotta go early to get the most of it). Would definitely recommend having a meal here.
