This hotel got some paranormal activity. We faced many things. If you consider to stay there, please check the walls, any printed ayat on the wall or Windows are sealed, please avoid those rooms. Stay safe!

They took 1500 taka for my 6-hour stay, yet their AC wasn't functioning properly. On top of this, they made me look into worse alternatives to the Room 7003. Weren't I so exhausted, I'd have browsed through more hotels.

Not bad, value for money. Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is good breakfast can be better.

Room for full family of 4 person's was very small, only 1 litre of complementary drinking water served for 4 persons,,they refused to give more. Toilet was very filthy.Housekeeping did not attend even after telling. Room rents are very high depending on the hotel's standards. Complementary breakfast in the morning was horrible.

The hotel is good. neat and clean. I only giving 2 star As the receptionist insisted me to give him tips. He said tip is mandatory. And he also asked many unnecessary questions.

Good experience with good behaviour... The room is quite good but the toilet needs more Space & well condition.

Washrooms not well maintained. Not upto mark according to price. Cockroach 🪳 was my sleeping partner there.

Avoid!!! First of all, their customer service is beyond terrible. Front desk guy who sits in the morning is really rude. Bathroom is dirty and very tight space. Bedroom is full of dust and beds are not comfortable at all. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Don’t waste your time and money, please!

The hotel is not up to the mark. It used to be a good accommodation place a few years back but the hotel management doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. The room has multiple issues like leaking walls, poor AC etc.

Pros 1. Quality service. The receptionists and others behave gently. Tries to solve any problem promptly. 2. Buffet breakfast with tasty delicious foods. Hygienic. More than enough items with unlimited quantity. 3. Neat and clean rooms. Cons. 1. Rooms are not enough spacious 2. Bathroom fittings malfunction a lot. Leaks are visible. 3. Some comods have leak. Thus smells may come out. 4. Overpriced

Absolutely terrible service. No tissue in the bathroom, dust all over the room, AC problem, poor customer service. Wi-Fi disconnects every two minutes. The guy at the front desk was very rude. Please check before you go especially check all the rooms.

Moderate hotel 🛏️ to stay in Chittagong. It's located near the railway 🚃 station 🚉. The food at the restaurant of this hotel is awesome.

There every think good. Need improve at Resturent washroom area & Lift.

Last experience three days ago was very bad. Intercom, WIFI, Gizar not working properly. About 30 minutes delayd for bill completion during check out. Unprofessional approach of inexperience guys, just intolerable.

I found this hotel average. May be this is oldest one in this area. Need to improve with modern facilities and fittings.

Walking distance from the Chittagong Railway station. Very beautiful environment. staff behavior is also gentle. Recommended.

Room interior is good but AC was not perform well! Reasonable price! But outside environment is not good enough!

Hotel Elina, many of us need to come to Chittagong from different parts of Bangladesh for business and various purposes. Many of us are looking for a clean and good quality hotel in station road of Chittagong with little money. .If you come to Chittagong by train, you will find the hotel right next to the station building. And if you come by bus then you can come here easily through any CNG. The hotel has parking facilities if you have your own transport.Buffet breakfast.

Not bed. Hotel staff are ok. Condition of hotel might be better.

They are not up to date with any app based booking service. If you wants to book through any app please be sure with the hotel authority!!!! People and staffs are well behaved. Rooms are not so clean but decorated. Dust everywhere!!! Shower system does have bathtub but Shower head is not good for take a shower. Hope hotel management should take care of this!! Front desk people are well behaved but doesn't up to date with email or any app based booking which is annoying! From top floor view is good. Near to train station 🙂

Average Place. Food was good but management and total interior plus furnitures aren’t good.

Staffs are very good but the cleanliness is dissatisfactory! And all the pillow covers and bedsheets has hole or torn a bit like a rag! Will not recommend anyone ever.

Always I am stay in this Hotel, where ever I have come in Chittagong. This Hotel is clean and well decorated. They provide buffet breakfast and I like it.

So unprofessional and severely rude behaviour of staffs. Literally they justify you need to pay high to get better rooms not even ensuring basic cleanliness of the washroom. Pathetic!

Not good enough and highly priced hotel with parking facilities And definitely dirty . The room's 4000 taka. The geyser doesn't work. Their 12 item buffet includes egg pasta , corn soup(no chicken) , Suji, Parata , Dal , Bhaji, Khichuri with Boiled egg, Tang and tea(yuk!)

Room and its decorations are awesome! Breakfast is average. Lift & stairs are not clean.

Seems like a good hotel. Havent spent much time....

Overall service is good. However, there are lots of rooms for improvement. Love the interiors. Layout is good. Breakfast is great. Amenities are good too. But nothing outstanding. But it would be better if the price was a little lower
