Doctors and staffs are kind of rude towards patients and their attendants. Once I went there with an emergency patient during midnight and they took almost 20-25 minutes to wake up the emergency doctor who was sleeping on duty. Cabins are not much well maintained comparing to the money they charge for those.

This hospital is good and sure for high-class people. The expenses is slightly to high for middle class people. The decorations and environment is good. This service of this hospital is reliable. Our company have some facilities with this hospital so u can get free treatment for this hospital. This hospital is situated in a crowded area near GEC.

It is one of the renounce private hospital in Chattagram . Their CCU is a very well performed CCU among the private hospital in CTg. According to their facilities the service charge is very high. Very well behaved personnel. This hospital has one Jame mosqe in level 1 floor. Well furnished and very neat and clean prayers space. Fully air conditioned area inside the mosque. Ozu and washroom facilities were not so good. Need to develop The mosque is pretty suitable for sound prayer. May Allah blessed us with his mercy. One of the prominent hospitals in Chittagong city. I have a chance to communicate with Dr. Shafiul Hasan. From my side, I would say if anyone suffering from mental illness or anxiety Dr. Shafiul Hasan would be the best choice to visit. I didn't communicate with other doctors. Thereby, my comment doesn't cover whole hospital's service.

Very expensive, but average quality overrated service. ICU & HDU service is very bad. Especially some doctors and nurses are very ignorant about their duty. For critical patients treatment, I will not recommend this hospital.

Don't go to this hospital. Very bad service with extravagant charges. Some of the doctor's have very bad manners towards patients. My patient suffered from complications due to negligence of some doctors in the hospital.

Worst behavior from Doctor M Mahbub Alam , very rough patient handling, no consideration of patients pain at all , also scolding about patients health condition. If the patient was perfectly healthy , they wouldn't go to the hospital in the first place , Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to visit there . I know this review will not affect anything, I did consider posting this on Facebook but didn't want to affect someone's reputation , But I at least hope that the hospital authority ensures good behavior from the Doctors and staffs regularly. Nothing justifies bad behavior from the medical staff unless the patient starts it.

The cost is obviously out of reach of poor & middle class people. After all they offer good service & claim a big budget.
