Recently, I have visited this dental medical college for a dentist appointment. This hospital has good ambiance and consultants are amiable to their patients. Along with dental department, this hospital also has general hospital facilities for patients. It has car parking facility and wheelchair access for physically handicapped people. From GEC Circle, it takes 20 minutes by CNG auto rickshaw to reach the hospital.

The location might be bit odd. But, they offer good treatment and other services at low price. Doctors and nurse's are very helpful. Overall good hospital at low price. But indeed not the best.

What I have realized they are chasing after money and business, not much into service or wellness of the patient. Round the day there are different intern doctors classes. It seems we admitted our patients for doctors experiment not for the treatment. How ridiculous is this! Someone suddenly would appear and say, "doctors are coming, all patients guardians go out of the ward". Patients can't talk or they're not in a stage to explain their physical condition to doctors, now if they say to go out to the all guardians, who will explain the situation of the patient to doctors? They are not in a stable situation that's why they are patient and admitted to hospital. Most doctors aren't sure of patients condition, they only assume and prescribe medication, this is ridiculous! Only based on assumption they can't prescribe medicine, this is illegal. If one test report comes they ask for new test request, again and again, what a irony! CIMCH is the best hospital in Chittagong with great diagnostic services. I hope the authorities will focus on this issue. Please change these receptionist. They are not good at their work.

Was there for donating blood. Waited for long hours. In blood collection room, i faced very unprofessional behaviours from nurse!! She was not sure about my vain, at this moment how can you expect this kind of unprofessional behaviour!! Even after donate, she forced me stay only 5 minuets due to more donor.
