Nice environment, at the rooftop of luck waterbus terminal. The river view is just awesome from the restaurant. All food in menu card not available. We just get the tandoori chicken and ruti only. There is also smoking zone. The smoking jonis just awesome with excellent view.

Riverside rooftop restaurant with satisfactory food taste. I took 500 gm snapper/ koral BBQ at 900 BDT, fried rice at 320 tk for 2/3 pers, coffee at 120 tk. Best time to visit in afternoon so that you can get both afternoon and evening view. Staffs were well behaved. No card payment. Cash or Bkash payment. The road to this restaurant is dusty and broken at some places which can be ignored.

Vairety of seafood items are available here. Price is a bit on the high side from my point of view considering the decoration and size of the restaurant. From this restaurant, nice riverview and riverbank can be enjoyed easily specially at night. Before entering this restaurant there is depiction of history of "LOPO SOANA" stated here as it is- 'In the year 1517 Joaoda Silveria, the first Portuguese captain reached the Port with ship "LOPO SOANA" and the year 1526 marked the anchoring of vessels by Captain Caaz Penira at Chittagong. The third Portuguese Captain Alfonso de Mellow landed at the Port near Chakaria in 1528. The Portuguese commanders who came to Chittagong name the Port as the PORTE GRANDE (a great port) and the records show the Porte Grande offered easy access and safe anchorage to ships of 20 feet draught.'

Great environment for a restaurant. I love the place of the restaurant. Food taste is good. Staff behavior is excellent. We have experience thai thick soup which is more than enough for 2 person. And another kebab platter which is perfect for 2 person. Warm light environment make it more delicious than taste. Price is bit expensive but as per environment It's perfect.

Not bad, you may enjoy your afternoon and evening delightfully here at their rooftop cafeteria corner, food quality is medium. Also they've a convention hall, an outside snacks stall where you will find chotpoti, fuska, tea etc. Overall I liked it.

Lopo Soana is a rooftop restaurant with a great view. They served good seafood, kebab & grill items. The food price is a bit expensive though. Overall a decent place.

They are making over marketing. But it locate on the bank of not only the Karnaphuli river but also beside scarab lighter jetty & confidence cement clinker jetty, That's why there are soo much sound, vibration & dust. Not so much spacious sitting arrangement. Witb professional behaviour & high price of average tasty food.

The view is outstanding from here & fantastic design. But the food price is a bit expensive... This 'Lopo Soana' name from the first Portuguese ship that came in Chattogram.

Poor management

Was awesome for us. Fish and chips was excellent. So was the clear Thai soup and cream pasta. Cooked with such care it tasted as if homemade.That's why money is paid for. Ok in decor for an open air rooftop restaurant with a riverfront view. Then a brief sojourn at the Waterbus jetty under the lights was different experience.

I can rate their professionalism just 3 in a scale of 10 and I know it's so disappointing. Their food quality is also need to growing up. Seafood lover can try the restaurant with the soothing river breeze. Its fish fried platter (consists of dori, squid, crab, rupchanda, prawn and fries with sauces and seafood sizzling are must try. Enjoyed a lot there for food, weather and specially for the company.

It was much worse. It took 40 minutes to give 2 lachchi. When lachchi was given, I saw that there was ice. Couldn't mix a little better. But it is true that the scene is very beautiful.
