The room and the washroom is clean, no complain. But the room size is very disappointing, it’s very tiny! You can see how small that room is in the 3rd picture, i was having my breakfast on the floor 😂. Also there was water leaking from the room AC. Then the complimentary breakfast was also below average. The quality of room service is also very poor. I asked them for a glass of hot water as I’ve cold, but they couldn’t provide me that, lol. My point is, you’re charging a good amount of money bro! So why don’t you give us the average service in this price range?

Good hotel near Dampara Bus stand. Pretty neat and clean. With complementary breakfast. Their service is really good. The stuff were really swift and friendly. You can choose this place if you are planning for a short stay. The cons: No lift here, The rooms are not too big. As the hotel is beside the main road, there will be vehicle noise all night. But the worst is sometimes you feel a minor vibration from the heavy vehicles on the road.

Tiny but relax able to stay.

Room was very congested and for 3k per night, guests would definitely expect a more spacious room. Good thing was, It had a king size bed. Breakfast was served in the room as they don’t have any dining area. In breakfast, we were served Paratha, chana dal, 1 boiled egg and 1 banana and tea. They don’t have any restaurant as well. The building itself is tiny. Only two rooms in each floor. Overall, their pricing is not appropriate according to the hotel facilities. Room was considerably cleaner.

Enjoyed my stay here. Kabir the front desk manager is super helpful and nice.

I have stayed in the hotel, and their service is terrible. Breakfast was so cheap according to the hotel room. They brought breakfast from street food even tea. Also, their electric protections are very bad, I have lost my laptop and phone's adapter. It was burned because of the high voltage.

A spectacular place to stay. The place has necessary infrastructure of amenities including play area, bar and indoor spa as well.Fantastic environment, different atmosphere, clean roads, pretty looked lobby. Also a nice place to spend quality time with family & friends at afternoon. The place is undoubtedly beautiful. Although there is much more scope to improve service quality & authority should work on it.

The room was clean. Room service is good from my point of view. But the negative part is the room was too small bcz the whole room was covered by a bed. But for a single person good to live

Great food. I visited here with my husband and really enjoyed being there.

Unprofessional and not customer friendly. Facility and service are not near to the level as they are charging. Couldn't stay more than 3 hours though booked for 2 days. They demanded full day payment for 3 hrs stay where I literally stayed in room for 20 mins. Room was tiny and this residential facility didn't have electric iron that I needed. Hotel didn't even bother to manage one which costs 1500 to 2000tk and could be managed from shops within 200m. My request to upgrade us to a better room which was empty was neglected though I was willing to pay notable extra. They demanded their full high terrif though professional facilities offer free upgradation to empty better options to those in need.

Buffet was ok but food was great tasting. Staff were very very friendly especially the Doorman or Security was awsome because he just scooped my bag from the taxi and placed it gently in the lobby and didd not wait or scratch his head for a tip and went back to his post...all in all great experience and will surely come again...keep it up

Great place but balcony doors are not sound proof and there are people partying in near by hotels you can hear everything even if the doors are closed. Breakfast was okay and staff were pretty friendly. Just make sure you don’t leave a day early cause they will charge a hefty feee, state you are staying one night only and if you want to stay again add another day but do not go in staying the number of days you are going to stay.

Centre of the city. Lots of food places around the hotel. Quite a good place. Staffs are generous. The room was clean. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is best as just opposition side of Shohagh Bus Counter & near of Chattogram Art Museum. But not larger size as required in this area.

I had a luxurious stay at The Ritz-Carlton in New York City. The staff were professional and attentive, the room was spacious and elegant, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommended.

Hotel's rooms, services all over is good. Washroom is neat and clean. Breakfast is average. But they have no lift service.

There behaviour is very good. They does not have lift. They provide us a torn towel which we could not use. There is a common varanda in every floor, if outside people come and talk at varanda you cannot sleep inside room. They have security issue, anytime anyone can access hotel without facing any security person. Room, bed & toylet was so clean. Liveable...

This hotel is in a very convenient location at Chattagram. There is so many restaurants near this hotel. It is situated in Dampara area of Chattagram city. Easy to travel any loaction very easily because this hotel is beside one of the main road of Chattagram. Bus stand is very near so anyone can travel anywhere and take bus easily. The hotel staffs are really good and friendly. The one problem in this hotel is there is no lift. The room was well prepared when I entered the room. While doing check-in customer have to pay the money in advance. There is complimentary breakfast available also. Anyone for holiday trip or business trip in Chattagram can have a booking in this hotel. My experience staying here was very good. However, if there was a lift it would be the best. I hope there business will be good in future.

Well behaved with 24 hours reception service, food cost is also reasonable, located near dampara, bus stand is walking distance to dhaka and coxsbazar.
