It's near to the Chattrogram Train Station. Not that old but the furnitures & amenities looks too old. The walls should be repaired. They offer breakfast for the AC room guests which is enough for a person.

Best budget hotel with Brand in town . We stayed in total 13 twin bed AC rooms in 4th and 8th floors for 1 night and 2 days for a marriage ceremony. The rooms and toilets are nit and clean. Toilet slippers, 2 toothbrushes, 1 sachet of toothpaste, shampoo and a soap are available in the toilet. Room furniture are good but too old. Same type of rooms but the furniture are different! Room service are good and their response as usual expected! Enjoyed the lunch in their restaurant at the ground floor. Chicken curry was tasty. Complimentary breakfast was very much healthy. But quantity is limited, additional bill for any extra food served. Lot of car parking available. Kids zone is available and they were nit and clean.

This is first time I stayed in this hotel. This hotel belongs to Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. This hotel situated besides Chittagong Railway Station with easy access to all metropolitan area at Chittagong. This hotel build with nice architectural design with balcony at each each room with a large car parking area. The hotel has well decorated and wide space reception. There is a restaurant next to reception where you will get complementary breakfast with your reservation. The hotel has 4 lifts for access which makes guests feel more comfortable to access at all floors of the hotel. Every floor has a wide waiting area for guest with very comfortable sitting options. There are free wifi and TV for the guests. There room where I stayed was well furnished with clothes cabinet as you can see in pictures. The cost of per night stay was not expensive compare to the facilities and services. For me it's a nice place to stay and whenever I will come in Chittagong I will stay here. In the pictures you will see all the facilities they have in written.

The hotel is adjacent to the Chittagong railway station. You can see the station from the balcony. The hotel was net and clean and the food is average. But the interior looked a bit old and may be because it's been quite a long time. And it's in a good location form where important places to visit like the foy's Lake is really close

Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation is giving their best service through Hotel Saikat, station riad, Chattogram. Reception, room rent, canteen, room service etc are very good. They have gym and playing zone for kids. Very spacious and silent place to stay and spend vacation.

A below-average hotel with a standard amount of money, with their own policy that is not at all customer friendly. Before 7.30 a.m. or after 10.30 p.m., there will be no food options in this hotel regardless of the situation, you will be disconnected several times using their wifi, you will get no taste of their food, which is a waste of money to take your lunch or dinner here, and the ac and television condition is also poor. The spacious room with a spacious and clean washroom and balconies, as well as regular housekeeping and laundry service, are all positives.

Very nice and spacious hotel. The price is very much economic. Everything is spacious like rooms, lobby, lift, reception and everything. I must say about the largest washroom I have ever seen. Food is delicious and cheaper. The issue is the brightness of lights in the rooms. The washroom looks like a cave with insufficient lighting. Cleanliness has issue. Overall it looks like they have decided to ignore the maintenance. It could have been an awesome one. However reception is very nice and they guys there are professionals. Good luck.

Its an well known residential hotel in ctg by Bangladesh Parzatan corporation. Very nice location.. Wide space for parking, a nice garden in the yard. And all world class facilities here.

My family and extended family (total 20 persons) went to visit Chittagong and chose this place for our accommodation. The most positive side of this hotel is the position! Adjacent to the Railway Station, hardly 5 mins walk. The rooms are really really spacious, so is the whole interior. The price is affordable too. However, one drawback is the lack of staff personnel. All the staffs are really helpful and cordial but they are very short in numbers. That's why the support was not upto the mark. We stayed for two days and two nights, no supply or room service came within the time. In my room one of the water taps on basin was not working, in another room toilet flash wasn’t. The whole employees are managed by government officials and may be that's the reason for mismanagement who knows! All is all, this is a good place to live in affordable price if you can manage things on your own. Last but not the least, we availed their complementary breakfast, it was really really delicious! Also we took one of the dinners and it was quite good as well! Their cook certainly deserves a raise!

Residential hotel, restaurant and bar in Chattogram City managed by Bangladesh Tourism Corporation. Rooms and facilities are as usual. It’s much better than other typical hotels in the area specifically on the station road area. They also run a bar- prices are comparatively lower than other private bars in the city.

A three star hotel right in the middle of the crowded extremely noisy city. Rooms, bathrooms are clean, has hot water and air conditioned. Has a very very big menu and many items not avaliable. Mixed vegetable in Bangladesh and India only means potatoes and carrots. Impossible to get the variety of vegetables which are avaliable in the market.

Always had a pleasant stay here. Staff are very polite, certain items on the complimentary breakfast lineup are limited to one item per head.

The location of this hotel is in an important place, along with one of the most important railway stations of the country, Chittagong Railway Station. But according to current time their service is of average quality. As a government hotel, they have to improve their services a lot, then domestic and foreign tourists will come more and the revenue of the government will increase. I have some personal suggestions for them. One of them is that some of their room pillows are in very bad condition, which is not desirable in such a famous hotel. They can change their amenities and provide modern amenities. Their other services have to be modernized in keeping with the current times.

Hotel Saikat is a big and expensive hotel in Chattogram City in time directed by Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. Located by the Chattogram Railway Junction. The very furnished and attructive hotel Saikat looks very pleasant at night. Flower, gerden, lines of parked vehicles increase beauty. Service is good but not excellent. The rooms and wash room are very good. Location some noisy cause of road side. Dinner is not good🥲 Breakfast is not good either. The very good side is Prayering managed with Jamaat and lobby facilities in every floor.

All the furnitures are nasty, not clean at all. Few tiles of the toilet broken and missing, door of the toilet has fracture and protected by toilet tissue. It’s seems to me that this motel is the waste of government money. Just inaugurated in 2013 and now most of the furnitures either useless or nasty. Positive: 1. The restaurant and its food. 2. Staffs trying to give good services.

The rooms are good and spacious also.But their service is the worst and the you complimentary breakfast you get in is a disaster too.I told the reception to give me a bottle of water at night and they took more than 2 hours to give to me.Also if you take any kind of beverage and snacks they will stare at you like you have taken away their kindey.I understand that food and cutlery are not allowed which is also a poor business tactics.Overall their service are not so good and the restaurant is kinda trash too.i would say the rooms compared to that are much better.The location also fits right in.
