One of the most rapidly developing residential areas in Chittagong (Chattogram). It is a residential project of Chittagong Development Authority (CDA). There are 2 phases and 7 blocks (A-G) of the project. It is located between Shah Amanat bridge connecting Road and beautiful Karnafully river. It's a new residential area developed by CDA. It's under Bakalia Thana. Electricity and water supply is okay. But household gas connections has yet to come. So, if u want to live here u will have to use LPG. In this area, u will find mosques but, pharmacies and many other facilities has yet to built. Still many unknown youths roam here and there, some of them are involved with pickpocketing! So, Be careful! 😉 Many plots are empty, some have buildings and some are growing buildings. I believe, within 2025, this area will look like a perfect residential area loaded with beauties buildings and all facilities. 22/08/2020

Kolpolok Abshik is future Bashundhara Residential Area of Chittagong. This place is building so well and furnished. Lot of facilities are there like School, College, Madrasha, And also police station here.

Not a crowded place.

A very tidy area, it would have been nice if the factories had been removed from the residential area.

It's a normal abashik area But house rent is cheaper than other places

A nice place for living in Chittagong area. Still it’s developing but it has less noise than the main city. Shakti Foundation has one of its branch over there.

Kalpalok is such a nice place. It's situated in Bakulia near the sea shore of Karnaphuli River.

One of the best residential area for renting house wothout line-gas. A beautiful model mosque for five times prayers. All kinds of shop and services available here with an Islami bank sub-branch.

A residential area under development stage and has a huge scope of doing so many things, roads and sub roads are quite big, have seen so many under construction building and many of those in finished condition and people has started living.

Here i am doing my business and i think this place is gonna be a hotspot of advanced facilities soon but the concerned authority might have lost their required attention here. To get a fruitful implementation of a beautiful dream the authority should play its sophisticated role.
