Management is very bad. There is no electricity in rooms, the staff is very unhelpful, and the cottage rooms are of very poor quality (we found a snake in the room). The entire place isn't well-maintained. The paths are unclean, and even the rooms are not dusted well. As a result, the place is infested with flies, and there is no attempt of pest control. Also, there was no kayaking activity, even though we were told it would be available. The place itself is beautiful but the management is just horrible. Would not recommend staying here.

A very peaceful and isolated place in Rangamati to have a relaxing vacation. Its an island and you have to go there by boat. They have their own pick and drop boat free service. The place is amazing, surrounded by water. You can enjoy sunrise,sunset,moonlight from here. We have stayed in their AC cottage which was pretty neat. They're breakfast were very tasty. we have tried their dinner, they were also freshly made. Apart from the views, the service was average good. Have to order food 1 hour before eating. With full capacity it doesn't feel congested. We felt no security issue while staying there.

A nice island with lots of facilities and activities for tourists. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise, the lake, the greenery, the cute and friendly puppies. There are cradles, hammocks, hanging tires and nets to climb up. We enjoyed BBQ chicken dinner at night. The hospitality and service is very good - the staff are very polite and helpful. There is a big half-open cafeteria. All three meals of the day are provided here. There is still some construction works are going on. After completion, it'll definitely be a very beautiful resort-island.

Mesmerizing views of the Kaptai Lake. Didn't stay here. Went for breakfast and dinner. Service was top notch. Foods were great. Okay-ish washrooms enclosed to the restaurant. Very photo friendly place. Prmodini Boat life tourists are taken here for breakfast and dinner. They are also docked here at night.

Stayed at one of their houseboats with my team. Very well organised, everything was exactly organised as per schedule. The houseboats are very basic. Food was great, service also. Nice to do some cruising on the lake, it's quite special for Bangladesh but nothing much compared to say the canal system in Kerala which is much more beautiful.

An island, isolated by kaptai lake. Not all cottages have AC & only 2 cottages have AC. I feel amenities given is too less against money. Resort is also expanding, hope they will increase facilities like bed, fan, TV in each room. One thing their food is too good. I feel blessed to take breakfast, lunch & dinner here. I recommend you to take at least one full meal here.

The overall experience of this resort is quite good except the behavior of some staff. Food- Their foods are quite amazing. But most of the items on their menus are unavailable. So while ordering keep this in mind. Food usually takes a little longer to come. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. So does their tea. We ordered set menu 3 for lunch, which included- rice, chicken curry, dal, salad, water. Price- 300 taka. For bbq dinner we took a set menu including chicken quarter bbq, parata, sauce, cold drink. Price 300 taka. Snacks- chicken noodles 250 taka (1:2) Tea- 30 tama Rooms- The room we stayed in hosted around 7000 for 1 night for 4 person. The beds were good, and all the facilities were there as well. We had a small swimming tub attached with our veranda/ balcony. Transportation- The resort is in a Island which is near to Asham Bosti. Took us 40 minutes cng ride from the place we got out of bus. (doel chattar). But I will recommend to talk with someone from resort before getting on the cng for better navigation. After getting out of the cng, a boat from the resort will come and pick you up. Other facilities- The site has a lot of trees, big cages full of birds, swings etc. really soothing environment. Though it had kayaks for kayaking, they didn't have life jackets so we couldn't go kayaking there. We could easily book a boat to roam around kaptai for a cost of 3000. Ask the stuffs from the resort to help you find one. Overall, the experience was quite pleasing. It's a nice place to visit with your family or friends. Giving is a star-less rating because of the behavior of some certain stuff which was not really pleasing to us. My recommendation will be to visit the place during the rainy season. Then there will be more water and the place will look more beautiful with a lot more options.

A very peaceful greenery island with breath taking view. We were so lost in nature that couldn't take much pictures. I won't forget their hospitality. Specially Tarek sir, the way he makes us feel It was our own house❗❗ too impressive. It's not easy to describe the environment and the feelings. I must say you won't regret it to make a decision to go there to enjoy your holidays.

An island surrounded by the beauty of Kaptai Lake. Far away from city life, so you will have the pleasure of enjoying nature. I would suggest visiting there during the rainy season. It will be a great experience to stay in the Bembo cortege and eat traditional food.

Excellent experience. I visited so many tourist destinations home & abroad. I found this place very nice to enjoy with f n f. in a calm quiet & natural atmosphere. I enjoyed songs of birds in early morning & kayaking along with other tour mates. The resort is neat & clean with good behaviour & hospitality of it’s staffs. I think it is well secured & well managed. Foods were very tasty & healthy in quality with local tribal arts & heritage. I myself (doctor) & two others (medical college professors) in a team of 11 members all enjoyed a lot & thanking the resort managements. Thanks all.

Such a nice place to relax. I would recommend if you are looking for a gateway from the city, this is the place. The stuffs are are very friendly and gentle. The foods are very well cooked, but you need to book for lunch/dinner coz it’s not a restaurant. The only drawback is electricity. I’m not sure if they have any backup generator, coz electricity was out quiet often which makes it very difficult to stay in the room.

The place is quite natural. If you like to be quite then you will like this place.

Excellent service with beautifully arranged A/C rooms and non A/C cottages. You will get complementary breakfast, beautiful sight seeing, kayaking and natural fruits within their territory. It is basically a no man's island turned so beautiful and soothing. Perfect for group tours.

Nice place to stay. Try to eat lunch elsewhere ( bugaree/others) as they prefer better food for now. You have to always rely on boat for any kind of communication. You can rent boat in hourly basis or whole day basis. This is the most serene environment you can expect. Beware of overall bad electric work in respect of water heater in bamboo cottages.

Place was Every much good for family get together... Its a private Island so crowd was not too much...and its so big and organised.... Family person will love this Place... Big rooms have 3beds in a single room cost 6k...6people can stay in signal bed.....

It is an isolated island . If anyone wants to enjoy fully natural beauty and sliance than best for you. Not expect five ⭐ facilities. Better to try in Rainy season for enjoy the beauty of lake and nature.

Good experience...few issues like pick up and drop off point, though cost included with room charge... Food expenses... Overall good, especially those who has no or very little experience in village environment... Kayak is not free...

From the moment I set foot on the island, I was captivated by its natural beauty. The lush greenery, gently swaying trees, and the sparkling lake created a picture-perfect setting that felt like a dream come true. Great place to enjoy your quality time with friends and family.

Staff behaviour, room size, service and restaurant food taste was great. Room cleaning staff should check all the drawers while cleaning the rooms after guest leaves so that new guest don't find any unexpected things in the drawer. Also please do something about the room TV and wifi in rooms.
