One of the most renown shop in Chittagong. There products are really good. But the price for some products are overpriced. The quality of the products are good. Whenever i go, i see crowd.

I have an experience of visiting some of the showrooms of Aarong in Dhaka and on this day luckily got a chance of visiting one of their showroom in Chittagong too. As usual, what I love shopping from Aarong is their product quality. The showroom has huge area with great parking space. They are so cordial and cooperative. The showroom location is about five minutes away on foot from 2 number gate, Chittagong.

Very poor customer service. I gave them 4 different Punjabi to find my size 44. They don't have any of them. I asked if they have another one fresh because one was dirty,they didn't bother themselves to look one for me.

If you have just one hour left to get authentic Bangladesh items to bring home, this is the place to go. From souvenir items to clothing, furniture, home accessories, travel goods, fabric, and many more, you won’t go wrong. They have a website you can browse before you visit. The floors are organized and categorized, although there are some like the travel goods that are located in several places. A little pricier than the market but if you have no time or a local guide to go there, this is your best bet.

Aarong is a premium brand and this always been up to the mark. Their showroom well decorated. Sales associates are well behaved and humble. They insure the customer satisfaction fast and make sure the warranty. If you need to exchange your buying product, then you haven't go the specific branch or shop. They insure your comfort and give that chance to exchange your buying product over the country in any branch.

It is a beautiful mall. They actually try to carry out Bangladeshi heritage in their products. This is a bit expensive mall but products design are nice and unique.

If you want to spend 1000tk of your income and want back a 1000tk satisfaction, you should shop here. I never found them compromising with quality. You have enough options. The kids' items are awesome here. I bought the 2 times in the picture yesterday. I bought my wife an expensive handbag (leather) in 2021, she is still using it and she didn’t demand a new one. Before that, there was a regular demand for a bag (which is an undoubtedly necessary product for women, and we men can't ignore it). Yesterday I bought 2 medium size dolls for kids within 600tk and I can assure you that I visited other shops for dolls for kids and the price is too high (with less satisfaction). The drawback of Aarong is the current space seems a bit small with that much of different types of products. They need a bigger space as they are engaging with different items (every time I go there I think I see something new added). Good luck Aarong. Visited in the month of Aug'23 with family. One of the very old outlets of Aarong in chattogram. Collection is not more rich, like dhaka Aarong, but having moderate space with variety. Prices are expensive, like always, and there price's are going beyond middle class. Have parking space but very limited. The entrance is very narrow and is in a crowded location.

All types of products can be found here, some of them are quite expensive but the quality is good. Don't forget to get a trial of dresses cause their sizes may vary for every dress.

Aarong was a good shopping experience for me. You can find various kind of things in one place. Prices were a bit high compared to other shopping places. They should definitely work on their product prices.

All class of people have a special trust for Aarong's product. Nowadays being of high price, middle class people can't afford to buy their desire products. Although the brand carry their royal legacy from longtime.

The staffs are friendly and will do their utmost to assist you, so you will have a pleasant shopping experience here. I did, however, spend more time checking out than I did for shopping. I hope they hire more people for the checkout counter. My experience with checking out was not convenient.
