3 stars are more than the counter deserves. No waiting or sitting space at it's ground floor and narrow space to even stand. The first floor has some seats for the passangers but are not at all enough to meet the crowd. Very dirty washroom and only one for the passengers. If you wait at the first floor you will miss the buses. Very poor and slow service. I had some very bad experiences here many times.

There are two bus counter for Soudia: AC & Non AC This is the Non AC counter. The counter is two storied. Ground floor is for ticket zone where you can buy ticket. There is a small sofa on the side of the gate to sit. The upper floor is for the waiting zone of the passengers. There are several benches & washroom facility. But the stair is too steep to climb onto. The senior citizens may face problem in it.

The Buses have pretty good sit space, bus conditions are also quite good, recommended for long journeys. Prices also justifies the comfort level.

Its a good bus counter with well decorated and good environment to take rest. Have toilets facilities

Very bad experience has done with me by travelling Soudia Transport. Actually I used to like but now something like down.

I am always a fan of Soudia Paribahan. I think their drivers are skilled. They provide buffet service in AC buses so thats a plus point. So its a great choice for your journey.

Very busy area near GEC circle. Different bus services start their journey from here towards several roots of Bangladesh.

It's a beautiful ticket counter. There are lobby for waiting passengers. The lounge is wide and spacious with cozy sofa with air conditioning facility. The counter also features restroom for male and female. It's also have a little library.

Small bus station for CoxsBazar to CHOTTOGRAM to Dhaka and you find also let night trip of CHOTTOGRAM to CoxsBazar. It's also have bus trip form CHOTTOGRAM to other district.

Avoid Soudia. Poor management and system. They are always late and always merging two bus together into one in the night. Recently i had the worse experience with soudia. Try Shohag if you wanna go for AC sleeper.

Very well maintained bus counter. Neat and clean and spacious. Every bus starts on time and the facilities inside the buses are also very much appreciable. Overall maintenance status of Soudia is all the time highly satisfactory.

You won't get blanket, water and the control of AC air cutter. Even if you get a blanket trust me you don't wanna touch it. They have a so called free buffet at times Square hotel. And when you're about to get food in your plate they act as if you're a bigger and they're doing a favour . Ticket price is very affordable, that's why 2 stars.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Despite the scheduled departure time, there was a significant wait for additional passengers. Additionally, the bus seats were narrower than those of other buses, which was not acceptable given the fare charged.

Service is quite fast. There new Saudia Aero non-ac lineup is a good choice if you are traveling to coxsbazar.

The bus us too dirty and smell so bad. I am not travelling in this bus ever again. I will do travel in other bus! I am absolutely hating it. So disgusting

Reliable Bus operator for far routes from Chattagram. Unfortunately they don't have any secure or locker system for your baggages and packages if you have to wait their for a long period and you want a take a walk around.

They provided the worst AC bus I've ever seen (Saudia Silky). Rough driving. Btw free Buffet was good.

Very worst service from ctg to sylhet route.40 min late due to miss one passenger which was their staff fault.then reckless driving,yesterday, our driver has crossed the bar and rail was nearly touch.finally i have lost my luggage along with few other passengers. It was devastating experience

Pretty big, air conditioned. Washroom facilities for men and women. But there's not ample seating and only one charge point also not wheelchair accessible.

I didn’t like their behaviour. They don’t allow you to carry meat. Weather it is likable or not. If you give theme money, then they will allow. Their behaviour is based on money.

Service is good but cleaner toilet would add to their name and the brand value it purports!
