It’s quite good for chicken fry, snack box, Burger and Masala rice. Environment is also cool and relaxing.

Their sausage and meat boxes are so good. Must try items.. Broast chickens are like normal broast chickens.. but that bun was a total disappointment.. they just cut a regular dokaner bun in 4 pieces.. this was not expected at all... French fries were ok.. But one thing I loved is their service.. The way they talk and treat the customers was too good.. it's a small restaurant but well maintained and WELL BEHAVED ❤️ Which was the highlight for me.. I'm definitely going there again for their sausage box🥡🥡

Tasteless and cold foods were served. Called the waiter just 2 min later after he had served and told him about the cold food. He replied that, those foods were just cooked. I even requested him to taste the food so that he can know the fact. Then he absconded🤣. Not going there anymore.

The food is better than its competitors and the manager and the waiters are more than welcoming. I visit town chicken 3/4 times a month regularly with my family. The food is cheap and the menu is great with quality and quantity. But one drawback town chicken has is its environment and seatability. It needs a bit more area for handling the amount of people coming in.

Food has increased in price than before, but the service is absolutely not up to par, they do not care about customers not recommend for all. for students on a budget, works.

Tried their Meatbox. The flavors were good and the service was friendly, I was let down by the imbalanced portion sizes. The meat quantity was noticeably less than expected, while the French fry portion was more than meat . Although the food quality was decent, the lack of balance left me feeling unsatisfied. According to the quantity the price is much higher.

Their food is good.But their approach towards customers is quite disappointing.They don’t maintain the proper etiquettes while talking. I went there a few weeks ago. One of them indirectly told us to go.They showed reasons that they had party but later on ;another customer went there and they didn’t tell them to go. Recently, they geared up their price list & from my perspective it’s way too much compared with the quality. The shop can't afford more than 20 guests at a time as the shop isn't spacious enough. They have a signature spicy-masala taste in their broast. Can suggest this for a tiffin break but not for a cosy place to hang-out. Not worthy enough!!

Seating could be better, food is fine

I love their chicken items. But recently i have visited with my child but sales person bahaved like they don’t want to sell. Just came out & now avoiding this restaurant.

Great food at a reasonable price. The burgers, chickens, buns and rice are all upt to the mark. Loved their coleslaw a lot ! Definitely a must try. Hope they keep up with the quality.

This is a good restaurant in Chawkbazar, you will get good food and environment and behaviour. Their interior is nice but small. Sometimes it is hard to find a seat. But sure worth the money.

I've tried Grilled chicken burger. It was not bad. But quantity of chicken should be increased. Variety of sauce is also needed. My review is based on burger.i haven't tried other menus. So try first then decide. Mind it there is no beef option.

A very budget friendly restaurant for students. This restaurant looks so simple but neat and clean with a small space. Service and m quality of the food is much better compared to the price.

Nice decoration but tiny place. The kitchen is on-board, so you will feel the heat if you're heat sensitive. Foods are good. One thing that really annoyed me is that none of the drinks from the menu was available. I've had chicken strips which was really satisfying.

The food was so so. Not that good. Nothing special about it.Very light seasoning as well. The only con about them is time management as a fast food chain. Had to wait long enough without knowing if I am getting the delivery on time! Customer doesn’t come to have lame excuse about staff shortages! You have to overcome that with proper time management. If you aren’t able to let your consumer know when are they getting their delivery whilst in a queue then it feels bad and one would definetly think twice to go to that place again. Best wishes!
