my
friends
and
I
embarked
on
a
journey
from
Dhaka
with
the
anticipation
of
a
peaceful
night
in
the
great
outdoors.
Unfortunately,
our
experience
at
your
establishment
left
much
to
be
desired.
Upon
our
arrival
at
3
p.m.,
we
were
eager
to
settle
into
our
tent
after
a
long
and
tiring
journey.
However,
our
check-in
process
was
marred
by
delays,
and
we
only
received
our
tent
at
8
p.m.
To
our
dismay,
the
resting
spot
constructed
with
bamboo
and
trees
was
not
conducive
to
relaxation.
In
fact,
the
precarious
state
of
the
bamboo
resulted
in
an
unfortunate
incident
where
my
friend
almost
fell
and
sustained
an
injury.
Our
discomfort
continued
into
the
morning
when,
at
8:30
a.m.,
we
were
surprised
to
find
the
staff
insisting
on
our
tent's
checkout,
despite
the
fact
that
we
had
checked
in
the
previous
evening.
It
was
disheartening
to
hear
that
there
was
only
a
check-out
time
and
no
consideration
for
the
time
we
had
spent
waiting
for
our
tent.
The
quality
of
service
we
experienced
was
subpar.
The
washroom
facilities
were
inadequate,
with
no
water
available
in
the
morning.
When
we
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
staff,
we
were
met
with
dismissive
responses,
such
as
"Paani
kothao
nai!"
Furthermore,
we
were
charged
950
taka
for
full
package,
only
to
find
that
the
kayaking
amenities
were
insufficient
for
the
number
of
guests
present.There
were
only
3
kayaking
boats
for
all
the
guest.
We
requested
a
refund
for
the
kayaking
activity
due
to
the
excessive
wait
time,
but
were
told
it
was
a
complimentary
service
and
thus
not
eligible
for
a
refund.But
the
service
was
included
in
the
package
.
I
implore
the
management
team
to
address
these
issues
promptly.
Visitors
travel
great
distances
to
enjoy
their
vacations,
and
it
is
crucial
not
to
squander
their
time
and
compromise
their
experiences.
Improved
communication,
better
facilities,
and
a
more
customer-centric
approach
are
needed
to
enhance
the
overall
satisfaction
of
guests.
