Spacious shop. Adequate parking outside the Shopping complex. Varied merchandise on sale with a base torwards food stuff /groceries. Prices are a bit on the high end as compared to small individually owned grocery shops.

Its located at the very centre of chitungwiza and it offers the best services with food and beverage places where you can do your one stop shopping centre. Its convenient for the disabled as it cater for the wheelchair bond and easy access for them. There is a till for the disabled as well as the elderly so that they will get a quick assistance. If you travelled with your care there is a car park where you can leave your car there but at owners risk.

Plenty parking space and everything I had on my shopping list was available. Fair prices too

Slow service for the online grocery collection service. In other instances, items purchased online are not available for pick-up in-store. At times they replace with inferior quality products. The online service is plagued with a culture of overcharging, which arises from the obvious price differences between the good quality products preferred by the customer, and the inferior replacement product given by OK as a replacement for out of stock items.

If you looking fot grocery this is the place and the cashiers are well trained to take care of customers you will definitely feel at home

OK Town Centre Chitungwiza needs to rethink its customer care system. Today I had to spend more than 15 minutes looking for a trolley and on top of that I spent close to an hour in a queue wanting to be served. Please improve on your service delivery.
