The
doctors
and
the
rest
of
the
staff
are
so
friendly
and
helpful.
My
experience
with
the
accounts
or
credit
control
staff
was
a
nightmare,
extremely
horrendous
and
emotionally
battering.
My
newly
born
grandchild
was
in
ICU
and
18
hours
after
she
was
born
we
had
managed
to
get
her
registered
on
Cimas,
but
prior
to
that,
it
was
a
call
on
the
hour
every
hour
with
accounts
asking
for
money.
Once
we
gave
them
the
medical
aid,
they
then
demanded
cash
upfront
for
the
possible
shortfall
on
the
medical
aid
and
this
was
$50
daily.
A
woman
called
Lorraine
actually
said
she
would
arrange
for
the
baby
to
be
discharged
if
this
money
was
not
paid
immediately.
I
don't
visit
hospitals
quite
often
but
in
the
old
days
l
remember
you
would
be
advised
of
your
possible
shortfall
and
you
would
then
arrange
for
the
payment
of
the
same
prior
to
you
or
your
patient
being
discharged.
I
was
horrified
and
stunned
to
say
the
least,
she
was
heartless
in
her
speech
and
couldn't
be
bothered.
Lorraine
even
had
the
knack
to
say
"saka
kana
muri
kutadza
kubhadhara
$150
izvezvi
how
do
l
know
kuti
you
can
pay
imwe
yacho"
So
much
for
judging
clients
and
their
capacity
to
settle
what
they
owe.
I
encourage
the
leadership
at
this
otherwise
good
facility
to
remind
their
finance
team
that
efficiency
in
collecting
what
is
due
can
actually
be
achieved
without
overzealous
staff
being
rude
and
unsympathetic
towards
patients
and
those
that
bring
there.
A
little
human
touch,
taking
time
to
listen
and
a
bit
of
understanding
goes
a
long
way
to
heal
a
soul.
The
rest
of
the
staff
should
otherwise
keep
up
the
good
work.
Unfortunately
I
can't
say
I
will
be
back
again
soon.
