I've
been
coming
to
this
bakery
for
a
few
years
now.
We
love
the
bread
and
their
torta
bread
(teleras).
We've
never
had
issues
with
the
bread
getting
moldy.
Thursday
evening
I
stopped
by
after
work
to
get
a
bag
of
teleras.
I
took
them
out
today
(Saturday)
to
make
tortas
and
the
bread
was
covered
in
mold.
I
asked
my
husband
to
go
back
to
the
bakery
and
ask
them
if
they
would
replace
it.
If
not,
I
told
him
just
to
get
another
bag.
When
he
went
to
ask,
an
older
lady
in
the
back
of
the
store
came
out
to
talk
to
him.
She
rudely
said
she
didn't
know
if
we
had
left
the
bread
out
and
it
molded.
She
is
wanted
to
know
why
we
didn't
return
it
right
away.
My
husband
explained
we
didn't
know
it
had
molded
until
today
when
we
were
going
to
eat
it.
She
continued
her
rude
behavior
saying
they
wouldn't
replace
the
bread.
She
could
have
apologized
and
said
she
couldn't
replace
it.
Instead
she
raised
her
voice
and
blamed
us
for
the
mold.
Like
I
said
I've
been
coming
to
that
bakery
for
years
now
and
the
bread
has
never
gotten
moldy
in
less
than
48
hours.
She
rudely
told
my
husband
to
take
another
bag
of
bread
and
left
to
the
back.
I
am
very
annoyed
with
this
type
of
service.
If
you
are
willing
to
lose
a
customer
over
a
$3
bag
of
bread,
you
have
issues.
She
didn't
have
to
be
rude.
This
is
the
reason
why
small
businesses
lose
loyal
customers.
I
don't
need
someone
raising
their
voice
and
blaming
me
for
the
quality
of
their
products.
