Very cute place located across from Findlay Market. The gelato was very good, I just wish they had more flavors to choose from. A bit pricey!

Such a wonderful spot! They recently opened and the owner was so sweet and talked about all of the types of gelato they had. I also learned they fill their fresh cannoli to order! I sampled the lemon gelato and the rum infused gelato and had to order them both, so tasty! I’m looking forward to what this place brings to the OTR area, I’ll definitely be a regular!

The texture of this gelato is phenomenal, creamy, light, and slightly sweet. I tried the Stracciatella and it was good but not the best of my life. I think maybe it wasn’t chocolatey enough or the chocolate wasn’t crunchy enough? Not sure. I will try another flavor next time. :)

My wife and I were in Italy in 2017 and had Gelato twice a day every day...because, Italy. So trust me when I say - I could be considered a Gelato connoisseur. This place tasted the same as the big meatball itself. Do yourself a flavor and stop in.

We love Ugo Gelato, it’s truly delicious traditional gelato straight from Italy. A great addition to Findlay Market and a must try!

Saw a story on the news about their award winning Gelato and had to stop in and try it. I had the award winning Mandorland and it was delicious. Everyone in the family loved their choices as well. We will definitely be back.

Wow!! We tried Lemon, Pomegranate, Straticella and Hazelnut Cracker and all were delicious. They’ve won awards for a reason! Go get some Gelato!

Maria at UGO Gelato is the absolute best! Every time we go to UGO she’s letting us try everything and so kind. Gelato is the best. We’re hoping she represents the USA in the Gelato Festival competition!

Best Gelato in the midwest! As a matter of fact they are winning awards in all the US for their gelato. Pistacchio is a must try!

I checked the photos to make sure that the prior reviews are really speaking of the same place that I tried. It's the same place, but my experience is apparently quite different. The ice cream was certainly not 'fluffy'. I expected an italian gelato, which has a creamy texture and come easily with a spatula. The lady at the counter had to use the spatula to break out blocks of ice cream. It was about as solidly frozen as when I buy it at the supermarket. The texture of these small blocks was rather unpleasant, and the taste was too sweet. I could not eat it. I don't know if it's one day where the temperature control was way off??

Absolutely DELICIOUS!! I visited this shop back in July. I came w/family, we live in GA. Try Any of their flavors, I guarantee you will Like it!! Plus they give Free samples. My next trip to Cincy, I will be returning.

I didn't know of this place until today. I was looking for a dessert after having sushi at Kenji nextdoor and this spot appeared in Google. It is difficult to choose among the gelato flavors because they are all very delicious but i went with hazelnut/nociolla. The canelloni is a *must-try*. Its shell is the best I've had because it is crunchy but light and not greasy. The filling of the canelloni has tons of flavor (maybe a hint of lemon 🍋?) and has the perfect amount of sweet. I am going to be dreaming of that canelloni and will be back for more!

I wish I had taken some photos—this shop is so cute! The gelato is even more delicious! I have come through a few times and it never disappoints. I love the vegan flavors (especially the lemon) and love the variety! Every person working there has been wonderful!
