Hotels and villas in the Cisarua Puncak area, the location of the hotel is in a small road so I have to alternate between cars that want to enter and leave so it is quite a hassle because when I want to enter the hotel the condition of the Puncak highway is very jammed. For a hotel consisting of only 2 floors and it seems the number of rooms is not too many, the land is quite large with several villa buildings and quite a lot of facilities such as swimming pools, soccer fields, children's playgrounds. for hotels and villas, all of them have no air conditioning, even though the air outside is quite cold but inside the room it still feels hot maybe because there is no air circulation. for hotel rooms all have balconies so you can sit outside the balcony if you are bored in the room, facilities are also available such as coffee makers and also tea, sugar and coffee. The morning atmosphere is very comfortable with cold air and beautiful mountain views, from the swimming pool you can clearly see the sunrise and the mountain clearly.

This hotel is really beautiful. The atmosphere make you feel totally relaxed and in peace. The staff is very polite and able to work in the best way. Everything is perfectly clean, especially the toilet. The shower is very comfortable and the bed also. In the garden around the hotel, you can find a lot of flowers, plants, a swimming pool and also some cats. The best hotel in Puncak Bogor.

Great place with great view, very affordable price. Staffs are very friendly. Facilities very good and family friendly Need serious improvement for the road near the entrance gate because its hardly damaged. Overall its a very nice place for staycation. Highly recommended

It's been updated but they forgot to create enough hot water .. it is a nightmare.. Two days no hot water .. I paid more than 1.5jt to stay here .. and I don't get anything for that .. even the breakfast is a small portion of fries and a thing that are supposed to be a sandwich... I paid 200.000 idr for 2 persons .. it's not worth to come here ... Sorry because the staff is so nice but the place .. no way I'm coming back there

I would love to spend the day with my kids here. They serve breakfast of you choice, in bed. The air is fresh, with tranquil surrounding. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is tidy, without aircon, but with such a fresh air... you wont be needing it...😊

We are so happy and lucky to find this hotel. Very comfortable and peaceful. The food is tasty, but our fave is the drink called Bandrek. It's so warm in the body when we're in the cold place like in Puncak. Thanks for the staff at The Jayakarta Cisarua

Comfortable accommodation for families. good service and friendly staff. the location is in cisarua and not too far from the highway but the access road into it only fits one car. the facilities are ok, there is a garden, futsal field, mushola, parking area, swimming pool, etc. but for a large area with a number of villas with many, swimming pools only 1 🥲 for the villa bungalow type, the kitchen facilities are ok, complete with equipment.

The place is quite nice, clean and comfortable for a family vacation, but the road access is too narrow for two vehicles to pass at once, the hotel location is quite far from culinary places and supermarkets which are generally scattered on the highway between Ciawi and Cipanas...

Like this hotel to be with the family. Secluded area, although access to it is rather narrow and could have some issue if two directions accessing at the same time. Breakfast need to be improved. But over all the kids really enjoy the stay there

The room options wasn't the best parts No breakfast for the normal room options The noisy sounds from the room neighbors r quite disturbing for a good sleep , Not recommended for those who search for a quite good sleep ,

The room was quite good with the price. I stayed here for one night to avoid ganjilgenap.

This place is good to have fun with familly. It has a pool and a littlr play ground for kids. It is far enough from main road.
