Walked in and ordered with ease. Fast, friendly service with a pleasant atmosphere. All 3 smoothies tasted great and were smooth. We also order 3 wraps and they came out hot and tasted great. We will being coming back to this Tropical smootie as the employees were nice and new there stuff, thanks for excellent service and experience.

Food was good, service could use a little help. They forgot our drinks and an apple. My chicken Caesar wrap and my mother's turkey, bacon ranch flat bread hit the spot. Clean place and polite staff.

Shout out to the worst manager i have ever worked for. oh what could be so bad? maybe that she will take away your working days for petty reasons, or maybe its the amount of garbage she talks about her employees behind their backs? or maybe two sided hypocrisy that she exhibits from day to day. if shes not yelling at someone for something they didn't even do that was completely none of their fault, she can be found pressing her mistakes on her employees making it all their fault instead of growing up and and owning her mistakes. this is a grown woman we are talking about. not a hormonal teenager running the store. oh and this is not just my experience, but can be vouched for by multiple employees, current and previous, who’s names i will not be naming for confidentiality reasons. Why hasn’t any of this been brought to corporate or HR? they will not investigate the situation in the slightest. now who am i to be saying this? a now previous employee who had been working for about 9 months before deciding that i could no longer just deal with “HER”. something needs to be done for the greater good of this company and for the greater good of the employees.

Ordered 3 mango magic, Wanted to try the “new mango smoothies” but was let down because the cashier Said that is no longer available. Why Have LTO in the menu board and stickers at the door when it is no longer available.

The friendliest staff and nice location with plenty of seating indoors and outside as well. The inside was much nicer than I expected for a smoothie shop. First time trying a wrap and it was surprisingly really good and fresh. I would definitely order it again. Glad to see them have steady business…the smoothies and food were flying out their doors. We will definitely return to this location. If you’re a regular, it’s worth it to download their app for points toward future purchases. Also, their survey at the bottom of their receipt has a nice reward.

No one was happy. Everyone looked like they hated their life and had no customer service experience. They forgot something on my order and didn't even act like they cared and then sat there staring at me like they had no clue how to fix it. I had to tell her to just make another order and let me pay for it. Please get an actual adult to work with young age kids to show them how they should treat people.

1st time going here w/ a friend. Even mentioned to the worker. No help for ordering. I ordered the chicken chorizo wrap. Not a fan of smoothies, asked what else they had. Coke products in the bottles, Dasani water (ehh), Gold Peak tea. So, food was great, drinks not so much. But again I wouldn't have gone there except for my friend who likes smoothies.

Highly disappointing each time yet I give it another try. So this time I'm writing a review and sharing what you can expect from this location. Hardly no chicken in your sandwich and if you get it toasted expect it burnt and hard as a rock. It will not allow me to post photos or I would this is terrible.
