I’m not sure this sink (or the entire bathroom) has been cleaned since it’s been opened. Absolutely disgusting… cleaner not to use it than touch it 🤮

9 phone calls later still no answer. While order wrong. Family feast supposed to be original but came as hot n spicy.

1 young boy trying to serve, pack the orders for walk-ins and the food delivery people and hand out. There were 5 at the back standing, and joking around one of those seemed to be cooking. 20 minute for order

Cashier was clearly new and overwhelmed, had trouble putting in a simple order. Floors were atrocious, absolutely filthy. Food was quick enough for lunch rush and your normal fast-food quality.

So noisy. KFC needs to improve it keeping the kitchen ordering system behind or use a more quiet system. Most noisiest I have been too. Don’t eat inside.

I just wanted to say I really felt sorry for you guys on Origin night recently. You guys were getting absolutely smashed, I can only imagine the amount of delivery orders as well. Didn’t help that there was a White Karen abusing the poor girl run off her feet. (I hope she reads this one day, you’re a disgrace I hope you choked on your chicken you mess.) That being said, KFC need to do something about days like that. They’re so obsessed with profits, that their staff clearly suffer. You should be ashamed of yourself letting that happen to people who dedicate their time to working in your “kitchens”. To the staff at the restaurant, well done. You have more patience and dedication than I!!!

I primarily wanted coleslaw. Girl suggested I get the 3x pce box with coleslaw separately as better deal. When I got home. No coleslaw, not happy ! Kept calling the store, no one picked up. 21/04 , @ approx 6pm . Hence written complaint .

07/06/2023. Drove to the Cleveland store, walked in , ordered a original bacon an Cheese fillet burger combo with a small potato an gravy, received order arrived home, started to eat my supposed order only to have my mouth start tingling, they gave me a zinger bacon an cheese burger . Never again will I visit, can’t even get an order right

Food here was good and was prepared quickly, the staff were efficient and the venue was reasonably clean for a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere was very ordinary that's the biggest let down here.

I’m not sure what kind of learning and development opportunities KFC have on offer but you guys have got to do some kind of crash course in not forgetting my aioli and sweet and sour sauce - Every. Single. Order. Come on guys.

Terribly slow counter service - took 40+mins to get an order of burgers for a family of 4. On a positive the food quality has improved from previous visits.

The worst customer service ever. Smallest serving of chips with our meals as you can see in the picture below. I immediately took them back and questioned this size the girl just stood their and did nothing. No replacement given.

I went thru drive through and was told I had a 4min wait on my order. The order took much longer however the employee was polite and gave extra items with the inconvenience. All the food was very fresh

I just wanna give a huge shoutout to the young man today in the drive threw serving people, i was there around 8.15pm and they were super super busy and he was noting but nice even tho he looked a bit stressed! He did a really good job! We need more drive threw people like him, I wish I could thank him! Kfc pls do it for me. 10 out of 10 service for him

13/09/23 Gave Cleveland KFC Another try. Purchased Mixed feast. Got home and half of the items missing and only 1 'decent 'size piece of chicken. One of them looked like it had a bite out of it. There was some kind of strange crumb substance with the chips.
