I
recently
stayed
at
this
hotel,
and
while
there
were
some
issues
during
our
stay,
I
must
acknowledge
the
efforts
made
by
the
hotel
management
to
address
our
concerns.
Upon
arrival,
I
discovered
a
pair
of
socks
under
my
bed,
which
indicated
that
the
cleaning
was
not
done
properly.
Additionally,
the
breakfast
area
was
quite
small,
and
we
initially
struggled
to
find
a
free
table.
After
waiting
for
about
15
minutes,
we
finally
secured
a
table
but
then
had
to
queue
for
plates,
forks,
and
knives.
Unfortunately,
when
we
reached
the
counters,
there
was
no
food
left,
and
there
were
no
glasses
or
juice
available.
It
was
a
disappointing
experience,
reminiscent
of
a
public
canteen
rather
than
a
hotel.
The
parking
situation
was
also
less
than
ideal,
with
insufficient
spots
and
some
cars
blocking
the
main
access
points,
making
it
difficult
for
other
guests
to
maneuver.
However,
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
hotel
manager's
response
to
my
review.
They
expressed
genuine
concern
for
our
experience
and
took
proactive
steps
to
make
amends.
They
offered
a
100%
refund
for
our
stay
and
provided
us
with
a
complimentary
voucher
for
a
two-night
stay
at
the
hotel,
valid
until
the
end
of
next
year,
excluding
blackout
dates.
This
gesture
demonstrates
their
commitment
to
exceeding
guest
expectations
and
improving
the
quality
of
service.
In
light
of
the
hotel's
efforts
to
rectify
the
issues
we
encountered,
my
perspective
has
changed.
While
our
initial
stay
was
far
from
perfect,
I
am
willing
to
give
this
hotel
another
chance
in
the
future.
It's
clear
that
they
take
guest
feedback
seriously
and
are
actively
working
to
address
the
shortcomings
we
encountered.
I
appreciate
the
hotel's
commitment
to
improving,
and
I
hope
that
our
next
visit
will
be
a
more
enjoyable
and
hassle-free
experience.
