I would like to thank all the hotel staff, from the cleaners to the general manager and the owner. All of you did your job perfectly, always tried to solve problems and find the best solution. It was a pleasure to be here for over a month! The hotel is in a marvellous location, near the forest and hills. You can always take a walk, breathe fresh air and enjoy the beauty of Romanian nature. The rooms are large and clean and many of them have a beautiful view from the window. Delicious breakfast, always fresh food and kind Sabina who serves it all. I recommend the hotel for those who want to stay in a beautiful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also, a marvellous place for corporate parties and weddings!

We booked this Hotel because of its 4 star category and the loction on a hill. It was our first time in Cluj, so we were not aware of the traffic situation neihter the relation of distance. The Hotel is about 15 mins away from the city center. It is located in a quiet and safe environment with a nice view towards the hills, where you can have some good walks/hikes. They have enough parking lots and the plaza in front of the hotel looks nice. Also the lobby was nice and clean. Staff spoke English, was friendly and helpful. We got a room in the second floor (elevator available). They have at least one cat strawling around the entire building, which is funny and cute on the one hand, but might be an issue for people with allergies. And especially during breakfast times, I do not like to see a cat running around asking for food. Our room was facing backsides towards the hill, which we enjoyed. We had a balcony and dedicated seating facilities. Room was "cleaned"...theoretically. Once we entered the bathroom, we recognized a strange film on the tiles and in the gout between the tiles in the shower. It looked like mold. Something you do not want to see in a 4 star hotel. We complained at the reservation and the next day someone from housekeeping came to clean it again. But even after this second attempt, it was not completely removed. Breakfast was good with cold and warm dishes to select. Fresh friuts, continental breakfast, English breakfast, cereals and coffee making facilities in a venentian styled room. Unfortunately they neither have machines for a hot milk nor offer a hot chocolate on request. One really good thing was the option for free late checkout till 2pm :-) Thanks!

It was a very pleasant stay to enjoy the woods and hills outside of the city. If you plan a getaway, the hotel is easily accessible by bus from Cluj center and they also have a big parking in front. The room was very clean and the view just amazing (we had a room with the balcony). The breakfast offered more than enough of food variety, everything tasty and fresh. We didn’t have a problem to communicate with the staff of the hotel and restaurant in English.

Have been staying in this hotel more than one month. Everything was fantastic. Very kind and friendly personnel. Thousands of thanks for all who make staying comfortable for guests! Wish all the best and obtain 5th star!

Rooms deserve 4 stars... But the management and their staff policies need some transformation.. ✓ pay attention to the client's needs...if he orders something and asks to redraw some vrgetables from the menu, then respect it quietly..and don't add something else, like cheese, just brcause you think he likes it (maybe he doesn't tolerate cheese) ✓ if the client asks to put the bill on the room , then do it. Don't ask to pay "now" because you can't release the bill. It's not the client's fault the bill machine is not working, and this is why you have 4 stars, to provide services at a 4 star level I have recently returned from a 3 star place, where we were welcomed with 2 minidozes of beer, 2 bottles of water, a bottle of wine, a plateau of fruits and local sweets, on the house!....just because we were clients Nobody is perfect, and everything can be learnt. It's up to you, how you take my feedback, as a threat and negative feedback, or as an opportunity to do some transformation. Good luck!

This hotel used to be one of the best in the area but after 15 years of wear and tear it's not the same anymore. The room was nice (but it has a feeling of improvisation) but the bathroom is far from sparkling clean. I wouldn't call the place a 4⭐ hotel (only the prices are). Being close to the main road it's not quiet, there are not enough parking places, the employees are somewhat friendly.

It was quite decent. The shower could have used a little TLC, but other than that everything was ok

Great location outside the city. The place is quiet as it is surrounded by nature. Facility's are a bit outdated but decent. Would visit again.

Lady at the reception desk was very warm and helpful! Breakfast was sadly a bit minimalistic. On the plus side there is plenty of parking space at the building.

Blessed with a ground floor room right next to the party hall! Breakfast was very, very sparse and the line for the coffee machine is vicious. Staff are completely disinterested and appear to hate tourists. Also in the middle of nowhere.

The hotel is a bit old, nice, but too far from the city center. Not worth the 4 stars for a millenial standard. Cleaning 3, view 5, location 2, parking 4, staff interactions 5, breakfast 5.

Great place to stay. Nice are, clean air. Clean rooms and good amenities. Breakfast included was alright food wise, drinking options were bad (bad tast water, horrible orange juice, horrible coffee).

This location is amazing. We was in Cluj-Napoca but we was like in a holiday..so relaxing. Good services and is not a problem to use the cab during the night and also u can use the public transportation. We had a meeting with our parteners in the restaurant. It was perfect. Amazing food.

Rooms 4/5 Location 3/5. A bit far from the city, if you go by uber, you will be spending a lot... Service 5/5. The people in charge here even gave me a discount on the room. Whenever i called for room service, the service was pretty fast. And to top it all out, they allowed me to get water or coffee from the breakfast area outside the breakfast hour a couple times. So I would definitely recommend this place if you to to Cluj and you are oriented more towards service. Everyone was exceptionally nice here.

Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff had a good stay here. The Breakfast was very good but Bacon a bit oily but a brilliant selection. Only downside was the noise on the Saturday evening which I think the staff could have dealt with better.

Parking is way too small, otherwise it's mostly nice.

This hotel has 4 stars. I don't know how they got them but it should be no more than 2 stars. The staff ignored us for the stay. The evening we arrived there, the restaurant was open, but no one there since they were having a *private* party with manele in the kitchen. In the morning the breakfast was...lacking. We arrived at 8:45, everything was missing and the tables and cutlery were dirty. The orange juice, if we can call it that, was...water with some green pulp. Ew. The shower fell from the socket in the morning for no apparent reason, it seemed that it was glued before. When we came back, it was removed. One of the lights was missing from the room. The reception area is like a storage area, full of boxes and overall full of dust, bad smells and old furniture. The room was super dusty, full of hair and the bathroom was dirty, and that is a compliment. As a side note, no parking for a motorcycle, but, this is the least of our worries.

The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Cluj, near Faget forest. The rooms are big and tidy, with a nice view. The issues were the following: we were a big group that stayed there for 3 nights. Their employees are totally spaced out, you ask them something and they don't know how to respond and tell you to ask another colleague of theirs. The food was okay, but the menu doesn't have so many options, not to mention the vegetarian ones. The prices a bit high for what they offer. We asked for other options like a conference room and they were completely unprepared. When it rained, the window sill got flooded and when I told them to do something about this, they said there was nothing they could do except giving me some extra towels to put at the window :). The rooms at first floor had poor internet and were very cold. To sum it up, if you are in town for one or two days and you are not spending too much time at the hotel, it's a good option. For big groups or more days - I wouldn't recommend!

Great experience! Friendly staff, clean room and very nice decorated! At the restaunt Vila Tusa , best food, very delicious and well seasoned! Only downside let's say was the parking, it's not closed or secured with cameras.

Great hotel with very spacious rooms. Some have balconies and offer a great view. The breakfast was great, staff was nice, a very large parking lot right across the hotel. Recommended for anyone who wants a quiet stay near Clun!

Clean and comfortable rooms, good service, kind people. The only thing that I did not like was the hair dryer - it has only 1 setting for speed and temperature and it gets too hot to hold if you need to use it to do your hair. The restaurant is cosy and the food is tasty and good looking. Again, the people are kind, friendly and pay attention to your needs. I recommend it!

Rooms are clean, spacy, bright, confortable. I rated only 4 stars because the breakfast was quite low quality. The juices were super artificial, coffee was horrible and the food was generally not well seasoned.

The staff are nice and helpful but the bathroom could use some more cleaning. I found a piece of hair and the toilet needed some cleaning. The room was very clean otherwise Another thing that made me give 3 stars is the noise. We went with a 6 month old baby and there was music until 12 am. The person at the reception told us the music will stop at 10 pm but it didn’t… and you could hear it very loudly in the room. The food is very tasty but they should pay attention to the provider. I found a piece of hair in the sweet cake. 😞

The hotel os nice, located in a nice and quiet area. However we did not had a pleasant stay...Small and bad pillows, uncomfortable mattress and a broken bad (the left side). A group of families with children came late and disturbed the entire hotel until 1 am, running and screaming which ruined our sleep for the entire night.

The staff being friendly and the location are the only good things about this hotel. Let's start by saying that the parking lot is not in a good maintanance, big holes to enter, and the parking just looks like a joke. You won't expect this for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is weack, not so many possibilities. Mainly all ingredients were bought form Lidl. I use Lidl for everyday shopping, so you woudn't expect to see this in your hotel. I would expected something else for the money. Too bad for the location and the view, definatelly doesn't worth the money. I will give 3 stars for the staff that were very friendly and nice.

Small rooms, uncomfortable mattresses and dust everywhere. A 3 stars hotel (maybe he deserved 4 stars in the past), far from the city center. No pool or other facilities so, practically, the only thing that you can do there is to rest/ sleep. Netflix in the room is the only positive thing.

Nice room, spacious, cute decor, the bathroom is also nice and spacious, the balcony is large and with a nice quiet view <3
