Stayed here for 2 nights in 2016. Was First time in Romania. The Hotel itself was cozy however it was interesting experience for me.

In my opinion, a 4 star hotel should not have cracked walls, broken lamp and holes everywhere. Breakfast was decent. Very nice lady at the reception.

By international standards I cannot agree to the 5⭐ statement. I believe it is not only the services offered but also their quality which is reflected by the number of stars. The room is big, equipped with mini-bar and big wardrobe, bathroom is big enough. But everything is either old or not in very good condition. The biggest problem I had was that the room temperature was too high. Asked at the reception to fix it, they didn't. If I would have a better choice, I would not stay here the next time.

I don't know why this hotel is rated so high... I went to the bathroom and it was ok, but not what I expected (bad lighting, cheap ceramic tiles, wear on taps chrome coating). Food is great though

This place is great. The rooms are beutuful, classic, and very clean. It is always a great pleasure to come back.

The staff is uniformly courteous and friendly. The restaurant (Belagio's) is excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious. It is a joy to sit on the veranda and sip espresso. There are both a gym and a swimming pool for guests.

Very friendly staff, clean quiet spacious room, basic breakfast. Spent two nights. Can recommend.

Pros: - The location of the hotel is great - the breakfast was diverse and good. Cons: - The rooms need some renovations (the walls are dirty, the bathrooms are spacious, but you can see the dirt in the corners) - the hotel allows smoking in the rooms, so it was very unpleasant to have a room that was smelling bad and from time to time fresh cigarette smoke was coming under the door from the neighbor's room . - overpriced for what it offers

I was very pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and large. Breakfast is served every morning at downstairs. I found the elevators to be bit slow. WiFi is available.

Great service, really nice breakfast. Very good location. Good value. However: Rooms need to be updated. No AC running in the bedroom. The hallway smells like cigarette smoke. Beds are not comfortable.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, professional staff. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are clean, fitness room is well equipped. Breakfast selecction is OK. City centre is just a few minutes walk.

Perfect location downtown Cluj. Good restaurant. Excellent service. Excellent venue for organising events. Nice rooms but not quite at the advertised level of 5 stars. An extra point for the swimming pool. The minus is for the cramped parking, the quite high prices and the cuisine which stops pretty short of 5 stars.
