Cheated from the 5* review on their web page. Hotel was offering characteristic and traditional décor on the exterior and in the entrance however bedrooms were a mish match of the old and modern furniture leaving only bad taste effect. The mini bar was empty as is never the case in a 5* rated hotel and the bathroom sadly mediocre. The staff were polite however the hotel claimed that my payment was not received even though I had bank confirmation. I was requested to pay again until later found out that the original amount had been transferred and to receive a refund I had to be charged! At best this hotel should be rated 2*.

Room #5, "Deluxe" - sewage smell in the bathroom - broken shower, flooded the bathroom. Also very uncomfortable both for showering and bath. - bent curtain rods, old dirty curtains - 4 types of furniture, from old and unkempt to cheap and deteriorated - dressing room is a joke, with 2 narrow shelves and one bar wall to wall with 3 wire hangers - uneven floor, stumbled many times - dirty windows - empty minibar (we arrived at 22.00, luckly there was a non-stop store nearby) - dirty radiator. Also they shut down heating early morning, we woke up with a bit of a chill - hard, uncomfortable mattress and pillows - towels smelled awful Staff was nice though, but the rooms need serious improvement.

Excellent experience with this place. I just booked on booking.com for one night and i don't regret at all. The place was close to the hill Cetatuie , the highest part from Cluj city with a great view and restaurants. The host was really friendly and helpful. I recommend 100%

Very pleasant stay. We had a beautiful piece of antique furniture in our room. The guest house is in a very quiet part of the city, close to the centre. Around 10 minutes walking distance. We would highly recommend checking it out.

Nice Guesthouse close to the city center and main attractions in Cluj. 10 min. Walk with good connections.

Friendly staff and a clean room with a vintage vibe. The bed was comfortable, and the room was warm. All in all great experience!

Nice quirky quiet. Not too far from a lovely park. Which has a very nice restaurant. Also very close to the Arena and sala poli. Nice little walk into the centre.

A fairytale like B&B, with welcoming hosts, antiques you'll feel the urge to take a photo of and a genuine feeling people want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All in a quiet neighbourhood which you'll want to explore.

Small rooms with old furniture and poor amenities. The level of cleanliness was also not something to write home about. Last but not least, the staff could do with some hospitality training.
