Very friendly owner. Helped with luggage and parking. Nice view and new and modern furniture from IKEA 2 double beds and 4 bar chairs. Full equiped kitchen and clean bathroom. Because of old building a macerator was installed for WC and makes a slight noise when you flush. Entrance in apartment is from the outside terrace on the 3rd floor. All is very clean and quiet. Also great location very close to Unirii Square
