Unprofessionalism to its greatness. I went with my mum to get a Covid test and I was really specific that she doesn't have a CNP (she is not Romanian) and that I needed the results in English. Not only I never received the results in English but after 15 phone calls -where on the last phone call they hang up on my face- and promises from them that they will send it to us , we are still stuck in Bulgaria, on our way to Greece, forced to retake a test here since the 72h passed. Worst clinic ever, seriously DO NOT EVER go there. Really tempted to sue them.

The reception is very mediocre. After about 20 minutes in the pediatrician's office with my 8-week-old baby, I waited 31 minutes to the reception to pay. Parents with young children, old people or pregnant women may not have priority. In the line there were persons who wanted a Covid test. Why should I expose my baby like this? A couple of old people offered us their place in the row, because our baby was crying. I was really ashamed of this situation, especially that the receptionist didn't react even after I noticed her that we have a baby. During our pregnancy visits we always had to wait too much to pay the services. I don't recommend this clinic.

This is a PRIVATE clinique, as far as I know...and I expected them to have all the associated drugs needed for a service that they provide (as opposed to the public healthcare system where you need to buy the drugs yourself), right?!.... Well, WRONG, they are lacking even the basic ones like glucose/sugar. So, if you wanna do a related test, like diabetes, bring your own sugar!!! Worth mentioning: NO guest access point; e.g. no WiFi

The doctors are OK, but everything else is a disaster. You have to wait 10 min on average for someone to answer the phone. The appointments are moved up. The people on the front desk never smile. Incorrect data in their IT system. I don`t really recommend it. Sorry :(

Unprofessional services. Had an appointment, which they rescheduled, and had to wait almost an hour. The personnel was rude in communication. Before leaving, I had to remind the person at the front desk that they do not have my email address in order to receive the results.

I've been here many times and the way they treat the customer is great, always polite, ready to help and really organized both doctors and staff.You don't have to wait ages to see a doctor and if you have a problem last minute they do anything in their power to help. The place doesn't look like a typical clinic, it's really welcoming and doesn't give you that hospital image. The doctors I've been to were all well prepared and gave me explanations and advice. The only con is that if you have an membership you can't do blood tests without a medical letter first so it takes some time if you already know what you should check. Best place You could go in Cluj honestly.

Аpplied several times, satisfied with everything.  All doctors are qualified and speak English. You can sign up through the website, the girls will be able to find a date. Neuropathologist Popa Ioana Ruxandra is attentive, sensitive, professional in her field, on the 2nd day of taking the medicine I felt better. I turned to doctor Pacurar Roxanat at ORL, sensitive, attentive.  She was able to find medicine, although the child had not breathed through his nose for a year and everyone suggested only surgery. I used the laboratory, the staff was also responsive.  I received the results by email.

Miss informed, waited far too long, people got invited ahead of me, rude staff and service. Definitely not recommend

I had a very pleasant experience at MedLife. Very professional staff. I went to undergo a Covid-19 test, and everything went smoothly.

Waited more than 30 mins to get a normal control and the doctor is nowhere to be found and already next patient came and im still here rly bad delay and i heard is normal Edit: doctors atleast are great and very helpful

Staff seems ok and the prices are reasonable. I do recommend it if you want a private practice doctor.

I will not address the quality of the reception, however all of my interactions with the doctors at MedLife have been extremely positive over the years.
