They should water the plants they sell. It's just sad to see a bunch of dead potted flowers. Or maybe lower the prices so they can sell better. No use to just let them die, seems such a waste. They do have some good deals, and a carefully organized home decor section.

Frequently they are out of stock of various items. The parking is always full ( possibly from outsiders coming to Cluj and leaving their car there for a whole day) Other than this, I always had a good experience with the staff and there is a good variety of products to choose from

They need to open more cashier lanes. Several very long lines. Otherwise, I found everything I needed for my plumbing project.

The security personal is very unprofessional and apply selective treatment in same situations. No baskets at the entrance door available, very hasarduous management of outside the store. The rest of personnel inside the store is very into customer, helpful and serviable. Regarding the products you can find evrething you need. The products are very well arranged and kept in order.
