We've stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was pleasant. The personnel is nice, warm and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful and clean with balconies and AC. There is an elevator and a restaurant. The food was always hot and delicious. Although, the menus I've seen were only in romanian so it might be hard to order for those who don't speak the language. This should be fixed. Everything was clean and everyone respected the rules: everyone wore their masks correctly inside and they disinfect multiple times a day. I recommend this hotel for those who have business to attend to away from the city (it's a bit far from the city centre) or for those who want to relax for a couple days away from everything.

Booked a triple room a year before though a booking site. After we booked the room they called us and asked for triple price than we booked for. We managed to solve this only after we contacted the booking agency. When we got there we were accommodated in a very small room on the top floor and the AC was not working. The weather was very hot outside (code red, almost 40 degree Celsius). After complaining about this they said that they called someone to fix the AC but since it was Friday no one could come and fix it. They offered a small fan instead like that was going to help. They also said they cannot move us to another room since the hotel was full. Again we managed to solve this after contacting the booking agency. They moved us to another room, even though they lied before and said they have no free rooms. We only had breakfast one time and it was horrible, the olives were smelling terrible, and the food looked like left-overs from the days before. Stay out of this hotel!

Cosy hotel, at the entrance of Cluj Napoca, in the middle of a quiet and green area. Medium breakfast, service ok, clean rooms.

Excellent service! The receptionist spoke English very well - in comparison to other Romanian hotels. Clean apartment, very calm and quiet place. Excellent breakfast - worth the money! Just perfect!

The hotel was clean and super friendly to foreigners, they are very professional compared to other hotels. The restaurant they provide has very good food i recommend the pasta. Only downside is that is it very far from the Center walking wise so you will need to use taxi/bolt services.

Very bad 👎 experience. We were forced to leave the restaurant at 9PM, because the owner was trying to decrease the electricity cost... Other guests were informed that the restaurant was closed even when we were there,inside. It's pretty for that the owner had this approach, what can I say about the staff... Not recomanded!!!

It's an wonderful hotel on the hills, nice and calm, well equipped rooms with balcony, I really love it. The restaurant menu needs some addition, too few options.

Very bad service, poor cleaning of the rooms, the guest must ask every day and periodically to clean and take care of his room, otherwise there is no concern for the comfort of the guests (bath towels are not changed periodically). Fruits and vegetables in breakfast are damaged and expired. Unfortunately, it is not good. ...

Great place to stay a couple of nights at. Its located in a quiet street in Cluj, away from the noise of the city, but you can still get to the city centre by bus in like 40 minutes. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean.

Very clean hotel, quiet area.

I've been only in the restaurant for multiple times because of different events. The food is just simply poor quality. I can imagine that there is a huge price pressure from the management, because all the dishes was arranged properly on plates, looked attractive, somebody made an effort, but the taste is so wrong that I decided to write a longer review. Cheap ingredients are over-seasoned, salty, cream, vinegar, curry, some other flavour enhancers, I guess, just make everything unbalanced, unnatural, unenjoyable, artificial.

Great place and a good food ~

A chic hotel with spacious and very clean rooms, some with an amazing view. Very friendly staff. There is parking both behind the hotel and in front. I come back with pleasure every time.
