no parking ,a lot of people shoving ,pushing 1 star for the food outside !everybody without masks and a lot of beggars!

At 8 50 no open cash register. I had to scan the products at the easy point, where a very rude employee (some lady,probably a boss) felt very ofended when I asked for her help with paying with 2 credit cards. And she told me I cannot pay with 2 credit cards. Very badly organised store,in comparison with Auchan Iulius mall and many missing products. I guess the management is definetely the key...

The constant repositioning of the merchandise is plainly stupid. Every two weeks I need to wander through the entire store to find smth that was moved from one location to another

I give a four star somewhere in the past. Visited recently and very surprised about the transformation. It's another Auchan now. Modern and more clean than ever. I will come back for other shoppings for sure.

Going through self checkout we encountered one of the most rudest checkout operators. Aren't they supposed to be there to help instead of giving you attitude. Hence we normally shop at Kaulfland and get better service all round.

One of the biggest supermarkets in the area. Nothing out of the ordinary...a large variety of products, good quality and average prices. Not the best organized...you have to walk around in order to find some products.

There is a huge problem with their delivery service, never having all the products that i order and replacing the ones missing with much more expensive ones....that and the long waiting

Not my favourite place to shop and here's why: - very expensive stuff when compared to many other hypermarkets. - middle of nowhere with poor acces - it feels run down and subpar - the automatic machines are really bad quality and not very inutive. Like the fords of self service machines.

Great prices. Can get really crowded in the evening. The only place in Cluj-Napoca that offers special parking for parents with small children, pregnant women, elderly and people with disabilities.

This time of the year / just days before Easter Auchan shelf's are packed with all the goodies, everything you want at good prices

The self check stations are not the best. We always use them in other stores, but these ones are not as user-friendly. Also there isn't someone around to help when there's a mistake. We had to go looking for someone to delete something that scanned 3 times, because you can't do that without their key.

Really busy most of the times, but good to get most of the things you need, groceries and other things for your house

Auchan has a great vatiety of products

Many vegan products. Spacious. Overall really nice. The parking lot is pretty small and busy however. Bathrooms are also available.

The first time I reviewed this place, a few years ago, I gave only 3 stars because the place didn't look great. It was only ok-ish then. Now I'm changing the review to 5 stars as this place suffered a make-over and it looks great. They renovated it, from the parking lot, stairs, floor, benches, everything is esthetically pleasant to the eye, it looks like from 2022 now :) Whoever did all the change deserves a raise or a bonus. Great job!
