Fruit and veg in this place is almost always mouldy or decomposing. Full of flies and insects buzzing around and sitting on items... who knows what they're doing.. laying eggs or spreading germs.. it's vile. I will never purchase fruit or vegetables from this place, not as long as they keep it in those terrible conditions. Generally speaking the rest of the store is fine.. the problem I have with it, is that the staff just throw their stocking carts all over the place, sometimes completely blocking entire routes. Plastic packaging discarded in the middle of the floor makes for a good slipping / tripping hazard and the total disregard for customers is clear whenever they're stocking shelves. Having worked in similar environments in the past, there are often clear rules about placing stocking cages at the ends of isles and not blocking access, but it seems in Romania, there's not one single "care" given. Self-service checkout works well as do the normal checkouts, but the issues mentioned make this store rather unpleasant most times.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Waited in (what I thought was a line) for over 15 minutes to try an buy something. I was constantly ignored and the staff seemed to assist those that yelled the loudest vs those that waited patiently. After the gentleman you see in the picture ignored me for the 3rd time to assist people that arrived after me I decided to give up on that purchase. I won’t be buying food at this location again. I recommend you implement a better system

Good supermarket to buy everything that you need. Fruits, vegetables, cereals, lactates, meats, cans of everything, junk food, juices and many more. Food for animals, even clothes or other useful tools. Basically you can find almost anything, the waiting time is pretty good, and the variety good enough.

Worst retail experience. The employees are not ready to help at all. When I asked for help he said "I don't know" and walked away. Rude employees and a lot of time spent waiting in lines. Anyway, I bought a lot of a lot of fruits and vegetables and instead of sweet potatoes I accidentally scanned carrots. The cashier mare me feel like I was stealing saying to the other cashier "good I caught him because a lot of people do that". We are ordinary people and come to supermarket just for grocery shopping not for stealing. I could sew her. Again, worst retail experience. Employees make you feel bad for shopping there. Would not recommend ever to anyone. Used to go shopping there but now I'd rather walk to other shops. ✌

Very disappointed in the delivery service. I bought some stuff today like beef sandwiches, beef meat to make sandwiches, pizza with mozzarella, eggplants, red apples and half of it was wrongly delivered, I mean different products than the ones in the order. Even more some products were missing…and this is the third times it happens!!👎 I would suggest that when a product is not in store anymore not just replace it with another one similar to it, because maybe the customer does not want that specific product, and instead it would be better to directly call him and let him know it and ask him if he wants it or not anymore!!👉

improved it's personell, amiable, prices are a bit better displayed; still, missing the good old sticker on each stuff, with readeble letters or at least a qr code and scanner that can be used via your own app or tazz and pay as you go... the waiting in line is so lame... and tiresome for everyone.. but that would involve a security guard not grandpa 💞😸😘✌️☮️🌈🧲😇👽🙈

Huge free parking, good variety, helpful personnel, sometimes messy in the drinks area if some customer smashes a beer bottle or something it takes them some time to come and clean it.

Another one standard Kaufland store. It's very well placed and pretty big. It's in my way home and they have a choice of electric vehicles charging. Great choice for me 😊

I love this kaufland. It just an ordinary kaufland. I love that it's has multiple little stores but we are talking about the most important, Kafland. I live that there's like snacks, bakery for donuts, pretzel and so on, future touch computer cashiers and yea.

The store is clean however it's laid out very chaotically. No real flow and should have some aisle labeling. One has to wander around to find stuff. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Great shop. Can find a little bit of everything. But not much choice for what there is. The layout is counter intuitive in my opinion. But I'm looking at it from a French or English comparison point of view.

We went there to use their recycling post and it broke down after introducing a few bottles. Also they gave us beer coupons in exchange. We would have preferred an overall discount to be used on anything in our shopping cart, since we're trying to reduce the waste, not add to it with more beer bottles. A good idea would be to offer coupons for textile reusable bags that can be used in the fruits and veggies aisle.

Great supermarket that's almost always stocked to the brim. Also, their in-house K-classic brand is both cheap and of decent quality.

Great variety of products, good prices, nice to shop there. The regals division somehow chaotic, need a reorganization to make the passage from one department to the other easier

Pros: - variety of products, they always have merchandise - decent prices - bakery inside with some good choices of bread/pastries - Kaufland Grill outside (you can buy fries, grilled chicken, mici, sausages, etc.), and the food is pretty good - possibility to self scan at checkout Cons: - always crowded; this is also because it is the best supplied supermarket in the area - few vegetables and fruits are local, most of them are imported from other countries
