Very poor service quality. I ordered for more than 2000ron and they didn't respect the promised execution deadlines, even though I called on a daily basis and every time I was told they would be ready on the same day.

Products are alright but customer service is very bad.

The staff were very helpful! The eye exam was fast and smooth too. Great selection of glasses. Will go there again when needed!

My Glasses are something that I need to put on my face every day so it very personal and important to me, I give Lensa a chance and they really delivered. The staff is incredibly nice and patient which is good quality to have in an industry where the clients are as difficult sometimes, for example I literally spent maybe more then an hour there just finding the right frame...
